Fiona's pov: I woke up and looked around to see if Joji was awake and saw no one in his bed, Assuming he was in the kitchen I walked in there to see no one when I heard "Fiona I'm over here." And kinda saw Joji on the couch "oh sorry Joji." I said sitting next to him when he looked around the table for something. Joji then grabbed a picture I drew of a dog that said in big letters "For Joji" and gave it to me and said "You can read this right?" And I nodded answering his somewhat stupid question but then he grabbed it and got up and walked in front of the T.V. "What about now Fiona?" He asked and I squinted a bit saying "Sorta it's to far away but when I squint it's better." And Joji sat next to me again calling someone and while he did that he put me on a Skype call with Max "Hey Fiona what did you want." Max said and I told him that I didn't even want to talk to him "Then why the hell did you call?!" He said but when I explained he understood "Fiona you're blind like for sure blind." He said and just shook my head not wanting to face the truth when Joji finished his call.

Joji's pov: I called my local optometrist to see if I could make an appointment for today and they said we can go in about an hour so I had to explain to Fiona where we were going to go. I looked at her and tried to explain saying "Fiona we're going to the eye doctor you might need glasses because you can't see far away." Fiona looked up and groaned but Max was still on the call telling Fiona "Ay Fiona I have the same problem I swear once you get the glasses everything is in H.D." and Fiona looked at me smiling knowing now that she wasn't the only nerd with glasses "You idiot we all have glasses Fiona!" Max said when she explained why she was upset and I laughed a bit and so did Fiona. I let Fiona get dressed while I made some waffles for breakfast with strawberries on top, Fiona ate and before we knew it we had to start heading towards the optometrist

Fiona's pov: I was pretty excited about getting glasses now that I noticed everyone in the group has some but me and now I won't be the odd one out, We walked in and Joji helped me relax while we waited for them to call my name. "Fiona?" The nurse called and I stood up with Joji and we headed towards the room with a little machine, "ok put your eye in here miss." The doctor said and before I could blink a little bit of wind hit my eye and I instantly backed up and Joji was holding in laughter knowing my pain. After the test of which houses looked better they made me do the eye chart before going out to pick up glasses, "She can choose from here." The nurse said pointing at a wall and I looked at all of them trying to see which ones to pick when Joji picked up some square shaped black ones and said "Why not these they're coolio." And I put them on and saw that they looked perfect on me. Once I got my glasses I couldn't stop looking at everything because it was making me dizzy and it was really bright and not blurry.

Joji's pov: Seeing Fiona look around in wonder while we headed towards the subway made me smile Knowing what she must've felt. When we walked home she kept describing how things looked with her glasses on and off to the point where she called max again and told him but he got tired of it and told her he got the point making her laugh a little, In celebration we had Fried noodles for dinner and Milkshakes for dessert.
