I remember everything now
But Gary . . .
I think he loves me
I should go talk to him
After few minutes I reached Prof. Oak lab where he mostly is
I knocked in the door and the said name opened it
"What is it?" He asked with his usual attitude
"I want to talk to you in private" I said and he nodded
After that both of us went to a small wood clearing not far from the town
"What is it?" He asked
"You had a crush on me don't you?" I said and he looked surprised
He was blushing
Something Gary won't do easily
"Answer!" I said loudly
"Y-yeah" He said "In childhood days and before the day you and Ash went for your journey"
"I'm too foolish" I said to myself
"But then seeing you with him . . . I also realized you both are for each other and so I destroyed my feelings for you" He continued
"You know Gary . . . if I had knew it would had to happen" I said and then hugged him he hugged back "I would have chosen you"
"Why not now?" He said
"I'm not worth for you Gary . . . I cannot love you with same affection even if I want to but I want you to feel love by heart" I said he smiled
"Still if both of us don't find anybody . . ." He trailed off and then bend down on one knee
I quickly understood what he wanted to say
"(F/N) (L/N) . . . will you be my back wife?" He said
I took it
"Gladly" I said smiling
"But it's just a rule if we found anybody" He said
"No promises!" I continued "I'm just holding this for that day . . ."
"When we will meet . . . Maybe!" He finished and both of us laughed
