Chapter 7

"I think we should start heading home, it's getting dark" he requested.

"and cold" I added.

"here" he took his shirt off. "put this on"

"wait. what about you?" I said standing up and walking the same way we came in.

I waited for him to stand up then we just walked back to Harry's house.

When we got there we saw Robin and Gemma sitting at the table and Anne taking out a lasagne.

"Finally you guys have been gone all day" she said while scrambling getting plates out.

We all sat down while she handed out the food. There was mostly silence with the sound of our cutlery hitting our plates.

"That was great Anne" Robin said while rubbing his stomach

"Yeah very tasty" I followed. "Aww thanks guys, there's seconds if you want any"

"Im going to bed mum" Harry murmured, just before he went out the door he did a light hand gesture signalling me to come too.

"Er I'm tired, see you in the morning" there was a couple of goodnights as I awkwardly went out the room accidently banging my foot against the door.

"Fuckkk" I whisper-shouted clutching my foot. Harry came down the stairs chuckling this time seeing me in pain. "Don't laugh it really hurts!" I aggravated.

"okay okay Ill get you ice" He snickered as he went past.

When he came back he picked me up bridal styles out of nowhere "What are you doing" I gasped

"Im not going to let you walk on a hurt foot am I?" He said like it was obvious

He took me upstairs into his room and laid me onto his bed. I got to see his room more clearly now, it was green with simple wooden furniture. I squinted to see the pictures in frames on his desk, he was even cute as a little kid!

He rested the ice-pack onto my foot while maintaining eye contact with me.

Suddenly Gemma bursted into the room "Harry I need to" she realised I was in here and stopped and looked between me and Harry.

"its okay I'll tell you tommorow" she retreated and went out the room. I really wondered what she wanted to say to him, I bet it was about me thats why she didnt want to say it in front of me.

"Is you foot feeling any better?" He said slowly but huskily. "Yeah, thanks again" 

"No problem" I swear every word that comes out of his mouth sounds angelic. He dabbed my foot with the ice-pack and I began wondering

"Can you sing?" I asked. He looked quite bemused and baffled at my question.

"Why do you ask?"He replied. "I just am, dont dodge my question!" I giggled

He shyly smiled and said "kinda" I widened my eyes but tried to keep my reaction calm.

"Can you sing something to me?please" I requested, well more like begged

" eerr well erm" He scratched his neck

"pleaseee" I gave a cheesy pout face, he let out a sigh. "Okay okay get comfortable"

We went under the covers and I laid my head on his hard chest right where I could feel his heart beating. He cleared his voice before starting.

This light at the end of the day

The map in my hands folded shut
