Just Other Teen?

Chapter 1: School Time!

Sam's POV:

"Mom, is my bag downstairs?" I shouted from my bedroom.

"Yeah it's down here honey" mom replied

"Ok" I whispered to myself

I quickly got dressed in a pair of jeans and slipped on a hoodie. Then I rushed downstairs cause I was getting late for the bus. And to top it all off, it was also my first day!

First days always suck. Mom said that I should try and find a boyfriend this year but I don't think I want one, I'm not sure.

Some things you should know about me are:

Number one- I do swear

Number two- I have a dirty mind

Number three- I look like a shy person but when you know me, I'm not

Number four- I'm not good at making friends

Number five- I sometimes fell like I don't belong, that usually happens when I'm angry or something.

"Are you going to have breakfast?" mom asked

"No thanks mom I'm getting late anyways", I grabbed an apple and took a bite out of it. "This is gonna be my breakfast" I said to mum

"Haha ok then" mum chuckled

I grab hold of my bag which was sitting on the floor. I unzipped it just to make sure everything was there.

"Ok mom I'm gonna go now! Wish me luck!" I kissed mum on the cheek and then got ready to head out.

"Bye Sam, have a wonderful day!" mom said as I walked out the door.

I closed the door behind me and by the time I got out, the bus came... I'm so nervous!

The bus stopped and the door opened. I stepped inside. The bus was filled with people and they were all staring at me! I looked around but there were no seats left, where was I gonna sit?

I had a feeling somethin like this was gonna happen.

I looked to one of the seats there was a girl waving at me. She probably wanted me to sit with her, it was my only choice anyway so I went and sat next to her.

She had dark brown hair, brown eyes and straight long hair that was pulled into a ponytail. She was wearing shorts and a t-shirt.

"Hi there" she said "I'm Amanda"

"Oh hi, I'm Sam" I replied

See what I mean when I say that I look shy but I'm not when you get to know me.

"You new here?" She asked. No shit ofcourse I'm new.

"Yep. I'm in year 10, what about you?" I said

"Same here!" She high fived me and I smiled.

She seems like a nice chick, maybe we'll get along well. I looked around the bus. My eyes stopped at a guy. Wow.

Holy shit am I drooling?

"Hey who's that?" I asked Amanda indicating to the guy.

"Oh that's Jake. He's a really nice guy. We talk sometimes. But I don't like him that way. Oh but I can tell you do" She poked me

"I don't know, I don't think I have a chance with him" I laughed. It's pretty true though I mean he's so good looking am I'm just like meh.

For the rest of the bus ride we sat there and didn't say anything.

Soon the bus stopped cause we reached school. Oh shit.

I got up ready to get off the bus... But people weren't exactly letting me in line to get out. I waited and then the guy I was checking out popped outta no where and said "Would you like to go in front?"

"Thanks" I replied. I went in front of him and soon I was out of the bus... This was it, my first day of school. And maybe developing a crush hehe...
