Chapter 18: Did He Just Say That?

Sam's POV:

Oh God. What time is it? I opened my eyes. Jake was sleeping next to me, still. How long does this dude have to sleep for?

"Jake get up" I said as I rubbed my eyes.

I looked at him and shook his shoulders. He immediately got up. "Oh it's you, hey Sam, what happened? Where the hell are we?" He questioned.

"You said we were the only aliens... Dude there's more of us!" I exclaimed happily.

"What the fuck has gotten into you? I remember everything that happened that night and I don't remember anyone else escaping. Now where the hell are we?" He laughed

I pulled his arm and yanked him off the bed. "Come, idiot" I said as he followed me out the door "we're in an underground secret place. You're gonna have to talk to Clara, she's the leader" I explained

Clara come, Jake is awake.

I said telepathically to her

On my way

She replied. Then I saw her coming out of a room as she came towards us.

"Wow she's hot"

Did Jake just say what I think he said?!

"What the fuck is wrong with you! You're standing right next to your girlfriend you don't say that!" I yelled at him

"What do you mean, I didn't say anything!" He said

"You can hear thoughts, Sam. Jake was only thinking that..." Clara said

I looked at Jake, he started blushing.

You idiot

I said telepathically to him

Sorry...

He said back to me.

"Oh Sam, last night you didn't get to meet Max. He was on a lookout to make sure no one has found our layer." She assured me.

"Oh are we meeting him now?" I asked

"Yes he's gonna be teleporting here any second" he told me

Suddenly I saw blue light, when it quickly faded away, I saw a guy who was coming this way.

He was about the same height as me. He had brown hair which framed his face perfectly. It looked kinda like what Justin Beiber's hair used to look like. He was wearing a tight black shirt that showed revealed six pack.

Now he's hot.

I said telepathically to Jake.

Whatever. Now we're even.

He said back.

"Hey babe" he said to Clara. He had a deep voice. Then he walked to Clara and planted a kiss on her lips.

Yep we're definitely even now.

I telepathically said to Jake. I looked at Jake. He had a smile on his face. I could tell he was holding in a laugh.

They're still kissing. Ok I think they can stop. Or not? I guess not. Well me and Jake will just wait then.

Finally they broke apart.

"Sorry about that" Clara said.

I did a fake smile quickly.

"Max, this is Sam" she indicated to me.

"Hey Sam" He said as he shook my hand.

You look sexy.

He said telepathically to me.

I scrunched my eyebrows together. I had a bad feeling about this guy.

"And this is Jake" Clara introduced Max to Jake. They shook hands. I can tell Jake doesn't like him.

"Follow me, I need to show you something" she said as she started walking towards a room. We followed her until she opened the door.

We went inside. There was a big computer like thing and on the roof it looked like a projector sort of thing.

"This is our main operating room. We can see anyone and anything from this" Clara explained, me and Jake nodded "we usually use it to plan our attacks on Lawson."

"Attacks...?" Jake slowly questioned

"They killed our people when we first arrived on Earth, and they're still killing more. We try to find our kind on Earth who are living like humans. When they are in danger we teleport them here, or we teleport them if they're using their powers in front of humans." Clara explained "So by attacks I mean that we try to get back prisoners from Lawson that have been captured"

"Oh alright" Jake said

"Wickson, put security cameras on" Clara said

"Security cameras turning on" wow, the computer thingy has like a brain of its own.

"So when are we going home...?" Jake asked.

"Wickson, book two tickets for a flight to Gaston." Clara said to 'Wickson'

"Tickets are now booked" Wickson said

"When is our flight?" I asked

"Sorry, I couldn't get it very early but it's a month from now." Clara explained

"Oh...." I said unhappily. 'Mom' isn't go an be very happy with this.

"Follow me Jake" Clara ordered and Jake obeyed quickly as he walked to her "I'll introduce you to everyone" she said "Max, you show Sam around" She told him.

Max nodded. Jake and Clara walked out the door.

"Come here Sam..." Max said to me. Why the fuck...?

"Why?" I quickly snapped back

He didn't answer, instead he took steps forward towards me as I took steps back. Suddenly I felt the wall touch my back.

Fuck. This is Ace in the cupboard all over again!

Teleport! Teleport Sam! Shit there's no use I can't!

Jake's POV:

Clara said she was gonna introduce me to people. Instead she's took me to this empty ass room.

"Why are we here?" I questioned

"So I can do this" she said. WTF is she talking about.

She suddenly took her shirt of. I could see her bra. What the fuck?! She came closer to me until she started kissing me. She was kissing really rough. I put my arms on her waist and kissed back.

Wait. No! I don't want her, I have Sam. I pushed her off me. I slammed the door open and ran back to the room Sam and Max were in.

I slammed the door open. I saw Sam and Max...
