The weekend went by in a flash, and before I knew it, it was already Monday. Penguins all over the halls pointed and laughed, but I kept my head up high. As soon as I made it to my locker, Trista, Dom, and Austin came over to me. "Are you okay? There's not anybody bullying you over Friday, right?" Austin panicked. "I'm fine!" I smiled brightly. "Ada girl! So how was yesterday?" Trista asked. I blushed. "What do you mean?" Trista rolled her eyes playfully. "Don't act dumb, how was your date?" she smirked. "It was fun," I felt my face grow even hotter. "Yeah, we had a great time!" Dom added. I opened up my locker to get my books, when something warm and fluffy landed in my arms. "Squeak!" Aqua smiled with pride. "Aqua! You're not supposed to be at school!" I scolded. Trista, Dom, and Austin laughed. "Are you gonna sit with us at lunch?" Austin asked. "You know it!" I replied, "and when I do, I'll have a surprise for you guys!" Austin looked around excitedly, Trista bounced on her heels and squealed, and Dom whispered "yessss!" "What is it!? Tell us now!" Trista was bouncing so much, I actually thought she might fly away. "You'll see," with that, Aqua hopped into my locker and took a nap, Trista and Austin sprinted down the hall, and Dom and I held hands, walking to class.

It took a while, but soon it was finally time for lunch. I sat down at our favorite table, waiting for the other three to arrive, so I zipped open my luchbox. Aqua was napping inside. I gently placed him next to me on the table and took out some sushi rolls and a cream soda, when finally, Austin arrived at the table with hus lunchbox. "Hey," I said casually. "Hi," he replied. He was trying to hide it, but I knew he was excited for my little 'surprise.' "Where are Dom and Trista?" I asked. "They're buying lunch," Austin replied. He took out a sandwich and a watter bottle, which he began to flip. Finally, Dom arrived and took a seat next to Austin. We made eye contact, blushed, and looked down at the table. Austin smirked. "So when are you going to show us this surprise?" Dom asked after a long silence. I took a sip of my soda, "when Trista gets here!" "You better not give us a pencil or something," Austin joked. "Please. You guys are going to love what I have for you!" I smiled. "I hope so!" Dom replied. "I'm hee-eere!" Trista said in a sing-song voice. Immediatly she asked, "so what's the surprise?" The three looked at me with excited expressions, like a dog puffle waiting for a treat. Suddenly those expressions turned into fear as I heard the click-clack of high heels gang up behind me.

I turned around, and saw Wendy, Iantha, Kiara, and a purple-haired girl named Danni. "Well well well! Look who's back! Miss Special! Meet Danni, you're little replacement!" Wendy sassed. Danni smacked away at her bubble gum. "Hello Wendy! How're you doing?" I said, in an offer to make peace. "Stop trying to fix the damage that has already been done. I hope you freaking die in a fire, Serena." Wendy growled. I stood up. "If I wanted to die, I would climb up to your ego and jump down to your I.Q. Hope your day is as pleasant as you are," I stated. I had enough of this drama queen. Every non-member at the table applauded me as I sat back down, turning my back on Wendy and her minions. "Hey! Don't you dare turn your back on me! I'm Wendy Summit! Nobody ignores me!" Wendy snapped, only to walk back to her table in the end.

"Nice!" Austin and I fist bumped. "High fives all around!" Trista announced to the whole table. "So...what's the surprise?" Dom asked. I smiled, "Well, over the weekend, I was wondering how I could ever repay you all for always being there for me. So," I dug through my lunchbox and picked up three cards, handing one to each. "I'm giving you these!" Their eyes grew wide and their jaws dropped. "A forty-six month membership card?!" Trista shouted in disbelief. "You know it," I smiled. Aqua was awake now, and he was bouncing all around in excitement. "Oh my Arctic, is this freaking possible!?" Austin shouted. "Thank you so much! I...I'm speechless!" Dom stuttered, mouth dry. "It's the least I can do," I replied. I was pulled into a hug by Trista, and Austin and Dom joined. "Thank you so much!" Trista was crying with joy.

The next day, the four of us entered entered with pride. Trista had her blonde hair in a curly golden ponytail. She wore nerdy glasses, a pink hoodie, and pink checkered shoes with a star necklace. Austin's brown hair was styled in a messy fashion, with sunglasses, a red-team hockey jersey, red sneakers, and a pearl necklace. Dom had his red hair up in spikes, with 3D glasses, a comic hoodie, black sneakers, and earbuds, and finally, I was wearing my blone hair up in a bun with pink diva sunglasses, a purple-and-white polka dotted dress with a white belt around the waist, ballet slippers, and a white boa. Penguins stared at us as in awe as we walked to our lockers. "This feels so different...in a good way!" Trista exclaimed. "I know, right?" I added. "So now you're all members, Huh? Wow, you must be pretty jealous to copy almost everything we do. You guys are total losers!" Wendy teased. "Thanks!" Trista smiled. Wendy scowled and walked away, with Danni, Kiara, and Iantha staying behind. "Hey, we feel really bad about how we treated you Friday," Kiara admitted. "Yeah. You guys are right, members and non-members both have feelings, and should be treated equeally," Iantha added. "Think you can forgive us?" Danni asked. The four of us extanged glances, and we looked back at the three. "Sure!" Trista smiled. "Thank you so much! See you around!" Danni sighed.

Let's just say that wasn't the only thing that changed today. Austin, Trista, Dom, and I walked into the cafeteria to see something we've never thought we'd ever see in our lives. Non-members and members alike were scattered around the room, talking and laughing with anyone they'd like. "This is so amazing!" Trista gasped. "I'm literally speechless," Austin breathed. "Hey," Dom questioned, "where's Wendy?" We looked around, and suddenly I saw her. She was sitting at the former P.S.S table, all alone. "Come on," I said, walking over to her. We all sat next to her and she scowled. "What do you want?" "Well, we saw you alone, so we decided to sit with you," Austin explained. "Whatever," Wendy rolled her eyes. After a long silence, she finally spoke. "Hey, I like that sweatshirt. Where'd you get it?" She asked Trista. The two started chatting as I smiled to myself. I had the perfect friends, the perfect school, the perfect boyfriend.

This was going to be a great year.
