"We can't beat that demon, I'm ordering all unit's to retreat! Make sure you come back alive that's an order" You heard in your ear piece, then looked around around you, you saw everything crash around you as you continued to look and run.

"____! Stop looking around and just run!" Nyx said as he appeared next you and then pulled you to cover, just as he said that though you heard Libertus in pain and his leg stuck under a rock.

"Libertus!"

"____, I'll deal with him, just go!"

You saw Luche run pass you both but then stopped and came back to you guys "Nyx, ____! We have an order, we must retreat!"

You saw Nyx look at you and sigh

"Nyx, don't think your going al-"

"Ugh that idiot!!"

Nyx then threw his knife towards Libertus and warped to him

"Nyx!!" You screamed

Luche began to pull you away no matter how much you pulled away from him he always pulled you back

"Luche... Let go of me!"

"You know I can't do that."

You growled at him and continued to try to go to Nyx and Libertus to help them.

"____!! Stop this! We have orders, now let's go!"

Luche grabbed you by the arm and warpped back to safety to meet up with the rest of the Glaive's.

Once you met up with them you saw Crowe and Pelna, once Crowe saw you she was relieved that you were still alive

"____! Your here and alive"

Luche chuckled and you shook your head

"I got here alive thank's to Luche."

"Nah you don't have to thank me." He said with a smirk that you just wanted to wipe off his face "Just try to be less stubborn next time unlike your brother."

Cocky bastard...

You glared at him and sighed

"Anyways yeah I was being stubborn but any word on the king?"

Crowe nodded "The king is safe... For now anyways."

You all heard car's rolling up and you saw your captain step out.

"Luche. Report."

"Imperial forces look to be withdrawing sir."

You saw Nyx and smiled "Hey brother, how's Libertus?"

"He broke his leg but other then that he is alive and fine."

You nodded "Good. You did good out there."

Nyx chuckled and ruffled up your hair. "I should be saying that to you."

You both hear someone walking up and you looked over and saw it was the captain

"Captain."

He nodded "____, you did well out there but Nyx you disobeyed a direct order to retreat."

"As long as I got strength in my body, I obey that order."

You smirked and nudged him a little bit then shook your head

"Don't fool yourself Nyx Ulric, whatever strength you have is on loan from the king. You are nothing without him."

That was when you glared at the captain

"I'll wait details of your reassignment."

"Wait... Your reassigning my brother?"

"Yes, ____ and that's final."

He then left and you looked down at your brother and sighed

You and Crowe were laughing and smiling "When is your brother gonna show up?"

"I don't know, he'll get here eventually."

And just on cue he showed up

And Libertus saw him and put down his drink "Heyyy. Rough day on the gate huh glaive?"

Crowe glared at Libertus and smaked his injured leg "You jerk, it's your fault he got stuck there."

You shook your head and chuckled

"Hey big brother."

"Hey lil sis. How's it going, they treating you all right?"

Libertus looked at you both "What's that supposed to mean?"

"Anywas not a very nice welcome for a big hero."

Crowe looked at Nyx's outfit and inspected it

"Not a very nice outfit for one either."

"Well it brings out my eyes."

Nyx walked over to you and sat down then ruffled your hair "Will you stop with that?!"

You fixed your hair and nudged him a little bit.

"Hey Libertus did you thanks Nyx for saving your life yet?" Crowe asked him

"Aw come on Crowe, Nyx and I are too close for that."

You shook your head "Why not just say thank you?"

"Look's like you got a little extra help as well."

Nyx lifted up Libertus's jacket to show the set pills he had.

"Hey, I need all the help I can get."

"Can we please not talk about this while we are drinking? We just sent Nifilhiem running with there tail in between there legs."

"I would say we hardly did anything but that, they most likely march in and make demands." Luche said

"Demands? No way in hell thats gonna happen!"

"Sure it will, it's the perfect time for demands!"

Nyx sighed "Way to be the party pooper Luche."

You looked at Nyx and smiled slightly "Well I mean we still did do a ton of ass kicking though."

Luche scoffed and walked away

-time skip-

As you walked around the hallway as you were on guard duty you heard running footsteps behind you "____!"

You turned around "Yes, Pelna? Need something?"

Pelna seemed a bit saddened "You need to come and see this, Crowe is getting Nyx and Libertus. Everyone is there, its important."

You nodded "Well lets go"

As you both run to where everyone is you see Nyx, Crowe, Libertus and run over to them with Pelna

"All the fighting for nothing.."

You looked and the TV and saw that there was going to be a peace treaty

"Ohhh..."

The captain walked in

"Glaives, meet in the meeting room 10 minutes."
