"Do any of you mind telling me what's going on?" I asked impatiently. "I believe I may be able to answer that question for you." Somebody was standing in the corner. Tall. Shadow. Bulky figure. "Well, look who crawled out of the graveyard. You must hav-" "Yeah, I smelt a new fragrance. She your new girlfriend? Or is she your study-'friend'?" "Neither, she's Emily's new shopping partner. Besides, why do you care?" Austin said, sounding just a little too over protective."So, you mean to tell me she's free?" "No, she's not. She has her reasons for being here," Austin said. "Angel, this is Justin, my little brother. He studies the most obscure of things." "Hello, Miss Angelina," Justin said. Then he grabbed my hand, pulled it to his face and kissed it. How sweet. Well, at least now I had people willing to talk to me, unlike at school. Friends! I suddenly realized that friends, my least favorite 'subject' on Earth, is what I longed for the most. "Miss Angelina, if you would, please follow me. I believe that I have something you might find very interesting."

I followed him to, I think, his room. He had books scattered everywhere, clothes spread all about the floor and needed to make his bed. But, if you counted those negative sights out, he wasn't so bad. And maybe he could help me with this, well, issue. "Have a seat, just don't light my room on fire. It's the only one that I have." He laughed at his own joke, so I joined in, so I wasn't being considered rude. But I have to admit, laughing felt pretty good. "So, I have a question. What has he told you about our family?" I'm shocked. "He said that he only had a sister and that they were both born with super speed and strength. Now I know that he has something he's trying to hide. What's going on?" "Slow down. You talk too fast. Now, what's going on with YOU is gonna have to wait. I have things to explain to you first, like our extremely strange family. You see, he's the biggest liar ever. He didn't tell you about me because, well, you see, it's kinda hard to explain. I'm the youngest one and don't know how to really control myself as much as the others. That's why Austin's standing outside the door. Anyway, I need you to keep a secret. We're vampires. That explains why he's outside my door. That explains Austins and Emily's extreme strength and speed. You, on the other hand, are what we call a phelocarton. You need to learn to control your anger. At home and at school. I'm just glad he brought you here tonight instead of you burning you house down. I have something else to say. Are you aware that you won't be able to go to school until you have figured out how to control your new self? Last year, I couldn't go to school all year, because it took me that long to be able to control myself. Lets test you to see what sets you to burn. I also have to see if you are completely grown into a phelocarton." Wow, he sure talks a lot. I'm so curious so I ask "give me a second. There's more to being a phelocarton than just lighting yourself on fire? Oh my god!" He wrapped his arms around me and said "Chill! It's not as bad as you think! Take it easy! Just breathe in an out slowly." I followed his orders, scared that he might try to kill me if I didn't. "There, feeling better" he asked me. "Yes. Can you please explain more about this 'phelocarton' thing," I asked. "Of course. A phelocarton is somebody that can heat up during tight times. They can also be telekinetic or use phsycic powers. Its actually very simple. Lets go to my lab." He used the old trick of 'pull the book of the bookshelf', and, what do you know, a secret lab. " Okay, just step into the glass room. When I say something, I want you react as normal. We already know that embarrassment sets it off. Try to move the flower off the table without physically touching it. Ready?" I gave him the thumbs up. "Okay, try to focus on the flower. If you can move it today, I'll take you out and buy you breakfast, lunch and dinner tomorrow. Go!" I tried to focus on moving it, but it just wouldn't budge. I sat in the chair and rested my mind, when he screamed, "Look!" As I looked up, I realized that the flower lay mid-air, right in front of my very eyes. "Wow! That's really good! Lets try something new. Hmmm... I've got it! Put a thought into my mind." 'You're really buying me all three meals tomorrow?' I tried to put the words in his mind, and within 5 seconds, he answered, "Yes! Oh and yes, I am. Ive got another test. I'm gonna leave and I want you unlock the door and meet me in my bedroom." He left and I tried. When it wouldn't work, I tried to relax. I sat in the chair and thought. Then I looked up and realized that there was a brick sitting next to the button that opens the door. I closed my eyes and tried to picture myself moving the brick and hitting the button. 'Tsk.' I looked up and saw that the brick was on the button and the door was open. Then I sent a message to Justin telling him to open the door. When he opened the door, he swooped he up in his arms and exclaimed "I'm so proud of you! You did it!"

We walked back into the dining hall and Emily said "So, did she pass any of your tests?" "Yeah, she passed more than all of them. She's gonna practicaly move in here, though. Hey, where's Austin?" He asked. "We thought he was with you." Emily said, sounding worried. "Don't worry. I can get him" I said. I sent a message to him, trying to find where he was at. Suddenely I got the urge to scream. "No!" I exclaimed. "What's the matter? Is he okay? Are you okay?" "I'm fine. He's gone. I have to go get him. Where's your Dad? I haven't met him, yet." Their dad came in and said "do you ever pay attention in my class, Miss Angelina?" "Mr. Claden? I don't have time to discuss this. Where's Austins room?" "Upstairs, second door on the right. Is everything okay?" "Not right now. Maybe not ever. I'll be right back."

It wasn't hard to find his room. He was smashing everything. "What's the matter?" He nearly took my head off. "Have you ever heard of manners? Or knocking? What about feelings?" "What are you talking about," I asked. "I don't know. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that you are so comfortable around my brother. The fact that he's so comfortable around you. The fact that you're MY girl," he said. It must have something to do with me being a phelocarton, because he instantly calmed down when I gave him the look like I was gonna cry. He really messed with the wrong girl. When we were both calmed down, we both walked down stairs. "Give me 5 minutes," I told him. I went up to his room and went straight to work. Moving everything back into place with my mind. I really couldn't wait for him to see this. All that I had to do was imagine what his room looked like before he destroyed it. Then, everything moved into place. I turned around to find Austin standing in the doorway, looking shocked. "Hahaha?!?" I laughed sarcastically. "Thanks. You know, it only took you about 1 minute," he said.
