I could feel the room closing in around me. Before I knew it, all that I could see was a room of black. The only sign that made me completely sure that I wasn't dead was my heart, because it felt like it was racing at about 200 miles per hour. Then everything in my mind became a question. How could I be such a monster? How could such nice people me such monsters? I knew I would gain consciousness any second now. 'I am NOT awake. I AM asleep. Somebody, anybody. Please, pinch me. This is a horrible dream. No. Better yet, it's a beautiful nightmare,' I thought to myself. When my eyes finally opened, I was in a room. When I came to my senses, I realized I was in Justin's lab. I sat up and looked around. Then I realized that I was alone. I slammed my head down into the pillow and shut my eyes tightly. My eyes were closed so tightly that I literally started to see stars. 'C'mon. Wake up!' I thought to myself.
"Angelina, are you awake?" I heard Justin's sweet and sensitive voice. I opened my eyes to find him standing next to me, my left hand in his. "Oh, sorry," he said and let my hand go. "Are you feeling better," he asked, trying to keep his voice steady and calm, but failed, sounding every bit worried. I grabbed the hand he had grabbed mine with, and sat up. "I feel better. About 83% better." 'I think I am ready to try things in the real world with scenarios. "I don't think that you're ready to go home. Not yet. I'll show you the guest rooms, though I doubt you'll want to stay in one of those. If it make you any more comfortable, you can stay in the lab or my room." He must have seen my facial expressions change as he said his room because he said "Okay. But just for tonight. You know, my brother will get very jealous and you've seen what he can do."
