"StormFyre wake up" River shook his twin from her slumber. Her eyes were bloodshot, the same red as the war paint on her face.
She stood quietly, not making a sound and stretched quickly. The sun was just rising over the mountains.
River went to wake the first Avenger, but she stopped him.
"Let them sleep brother. "
He moved away from the prone figure
"Akela and I will hunt, are you ok here?"
"Enjoy the hunt sister"
Storm shifted into a pure white wolf and her and Akela bounded towards the forest and disappeared.

Soon the sun made its first appearance through the grass in the clearing.

This started to stir the Avengers from their sleep. Natasha awoke first and noticed the missing presence of Storm and Akela. She went to speak but River silenced her and gestured to her sleeping companions.
They sat together on a rock facing outwards.
It was serene and peaceful, the sounds of birds and the small stream nearby made it for an almost perfect situation.
