I just got home from work and I knew my daughter was waiting for me in her room. I quickly went to the second floor at daladala ko ang pasalubong para sa kanya. I bought some cupcakes because I knew she'd like it a lot. Mula nang pumanaw ang kanyang ama ay kaming dalawa nalang ang laging magkasama.

When I entered her room, I saw her playing with her dolls on her bed. Nakatalikod siya sakin so I couldn't see her face.

"Hello, sweetie. Mommy's home!"

I called her sweetly and she suddenly stopped playing. Hindi man lang siya tumingin sa akin. I thought that was weird.

Lalapitan ko na sana siya when I noticed that her closet was open. Pinuntahan ko ito at isasara na sana nang mula sa loob ay nakita ko ang aking anak.

"Mommy, there's someone else in my room...she doesn't have a face..."
