Ok. I'm just gonna say this now. If anyone asks later, I will kindly direct them to the chapter titled "Omega."
The whole story is in Percy's (Omega's) P.O.V, so I'm not gonna put that on top of every chapter. In case you haven't noticed, I'm too lazy for that 😂

"What?" I asked. Chaos looked even more nervous than before, somehow. She was looking at the floor, so when she slowly met my eyes, I couldn't handle the suspense.

"What is it?"

"Would you... um... wouldyoulikeitifIbecameyouradoptivemother?" She rushed out. It took me a second to process what she said, and during those moments her face fell-she must've thought I had the ability to say no.

"Of course! I would love that!" I smiled as I watched Chaos beam in excitement and happiness. She came over and gave me a huge bear hug that could rival Tyson's. That reminded me, I hadn't seen him in a while...

Her light voice brought me out of my thoughts. "Would you like a new name?"

"Huh?"

"I said, would you like a different name. You know, so you don't have to remember your past."

"Oh, yeah. Sorry. That would be great! How about you choose something, Chaos," I said.

She smiled again. "Oh, please, call me mom. How about Omega? It's the last letter of the Greek alphabet."

"Sounds great, mom." I responded. Her eyes lit up once again when I said 'mom.'

"Oh, and one last thing! Every minor commander or elite soldier has the power to turn into an animal of their choice. What would you like your to be?"

I thought for a moment. A shark would be cool, because then I could swim extra fast in water, but then I realized I could already do that. A bird would be nice too, but that wouldn't be great for staying alive, since they don't have great defensive of offensive skills. (Good job Perce, you ACTUALLY thought logically for a second there!) In the end, there was only one animal I really wanted to be.

"I'll be a wolf." I decided. Chaos simply smiled, and then shot black tendrils of smoke that burned a mark on my chest; a black wolf howling at an unseen moon.

"Well then, follow me! It's time to meet the members of your army!"

After eating dinner with the army, Omega had made plenty of new friends. He had talked and talked with everyone around him, and all of them seemed surprised that their commander ate with them, but soon got comfortable with him and chatted away. He knew some new people now, but he was still reminded of one thing that was missing. Nico.

"Are you okay Omega?" Chaos asked. He had been sitting in his new room for a while now, just thinking. It was truly a beautiful room; the walls were black with purple swirling around glittering stars, creating the image of a galaxy. The wall was ever changing, a perfect replica of the galaxy Chaos and his army's home was centered in. The walls contrasted perfectly with his silver and sea-green furniture, built of the powerful Chaos silver and thin sea green silk stuffed with never-popping sea foam for the true ocean experience. His room was furnished with a glittering couch that sat in the corner, flush against the wall. A flat-screen TV sat across from his couch, currently showing a beach at the peak of sunrise, orange, red, and purple shades reflecting off of the water. Chaos's favorite part, a gigantic walk-in closet filled with clothes picked out by Chaos, started with a door on the wall opposite of his couch, yet to be explored. But what really captured the attention of Omega (A/N I am calling him Omega, just know that this is also Percy)
Was the king-sized bed that sat in the middle of the room. The frame was a deep onyx black, while the water bed was covered in galaxy sheets. To top it off, it had a white, extremely fluffy blanket made of the hair of pegasi, (only sheared of course-no pegasi harmed!) with a galaxy comforter, while the black sky was replaced with a deep sea green. It was perfect. But Omega's attention was not caught on the beauty of the room at the moment.
