Chapter 12 [Why..?]

   Your eyes widen as the skeleton with Errors around his store up and faced you. He gave out a glitchy chuckle. "W-W-Well, W-Well, Well..." He began as he stepped closer. You took a step back as blue thin wires held you still. You moaned in pain as blood began to drip out. "H-H-Haah-ha!" He laughed at your expression. "Heh. Call me Error." He introduced as his wires gripped on your (S/C) soul. "No.." you muttered under your breath. You stared at your own soul and saw it had a few cracks in it. The wires weren't causing it. "Author!! Why?!" You screamed. Error tilted his head. "A-A-Author?? I-I thought I-I-I already saw her leave t-the stu-studio." Error said.

   You groaned. "J...Just please let me go!" You yelled as you tried to struggle over the wires. "Awww~ Your N-n-n-no fun!~" Error laughed. "I'm A-A-Always the one... pulling the Strings." You felt pain take over your body as you fell into a deep sleep.

   -Back In the studio-
  Cross groaned as Jakei came over to Cross. "Why so grumpy?" She asked as she crossed her arms.
"N-Nothing mom.." Cross replied as he face palmed.
 
  Why do we have to deal with them..

Jakei looked at Chara. "You know I can here you right?" She asked as Chara sweat dropped.

  Jakei sighed and looked back at Cross. "What are you doing here?" Jakei asked. "And why is Ink here?" Jakei pointed at Ink and Ink smiled but sweat dropped. "W-Well, Were just walking around! Hahaha..." Ink said as him laugh grew silent. Cross and Ink sweat dropped. "Anyway, I'll be with Camila." She said as she walked off. Cross and Ink sighed in relief. "Looking for her?" A girl came up to Cross and Ink as they tried to smile. "Um.. Who are you?" Cross asked. "I'm Kim, the author of this book." I replied. "What book?" Cross and Ink said at the same time. I sweat dropped. "Nothing.." Cross' face turned serious. "Okay, Tell us where (Y/n) is!!" Cross yelled. I sweat dropped.

  "What are you talking about?" I asked. "I know that you're lying!" I sighed. "I don't know. I just saw her leave, yesterday after Chapter 11.." "Chapters??" Ink asked. "I said to much.. Got to go!" I yelled as I skimmed off. Cross sighed. "Don't worry buddy, we'll find her." Ink said as he patted Cross' back. I came back running. "What now?" Cross asked. "I know where, (Y/n) is!" I yelled. "Where?!" "At the anti-void with Error!" I yelled. Ink immediately created a portal and Cross and Ink jumped in. I tried to catch my breath as I fell on the floor. "Looks like someone's gotta killer on there back." A voice said. "Why are you stepping on my back reaper.." I asked.

  -At the anti-void-
  Cross and Ink walked around the void as they saw many wires. "Cross!" Ink yelled. Cross turned where Ink was. "Over here!" Cross followed Ink as they found (Y/n) having in the ceiling with blue wires attached to her soul, arms, and legs. Cross was about to run and cut the wires but Ink caught him. "No! Not yet!" Ink yelled/whispered. Ink grabbed his paintbrush, as he swiped Cross and him self. "What was that for??" Cross asked. "It'll make us invisible." Cross nodded as he tried to tip toe towards where (Y/n) was hanging. A portal was made as Error jumped in with Underswap Sans. "A-A-Alright #11." Error said as blue wires tangled Blue.

  "WHY?" Blue asked, frightened. Error chuckled. "B-B-Because I needed a new puppet! T-T-That human is so weak anyways.." Blue looked where you were hanging as Ink and Cross tried to walk to you but Error teleported in front of (Y/N). "She's s-s-so weak.." Error muttered as he grabbed onto your (S/n) soul. You flinched but you were still in sleeping form. Cross growled. Error turned around too see nothing, even though Cross was there. "M-M-My imagination.." Error said as he let go of your soul as Cross saw cracks in your soul. Cross grit his teeth as he summoned his huge knife as threw his knife on the wires as they slashed through. You fell but you were caught by Cross. The spell wore off as Error saw Cross holding on to your vulnerable body.

  "Cross!" Ink yelled as his spell wore off too. "Ink and Cross.. W-W-What a surprise!" Error said as he summoned a Gaster Blaster. "Too bad you won't survive this thing." The Gaster blaster shot out the blaster as Cross took the hit. Ink teleported where Cross was and saw that his own Gaster Blaster blocked the attack. Swap flinched as Error's wires tighter around his soul. "Ugh.." Error groaned in anger as he placed swap in the white ceiling where his other puppets were as Error threw his strings on Cross. Cross was tangled as you were on the ground.

  You woke up as You saw Cross in front of you with a black gaster blaster about to hit him. "No!!" You yelled as you got up and took the hit..

  I groaned as Reaper sat on my back. "Hehe, Tori's gonna kill me if she finds out what I'm sitting on the author.." Reaper said as he skimmed through his phone. "C-Can you get off..." I asked.
