My eyes squinted as I finally figured it out. I moved from my still position and stormed into Jack's room, slamming the door closed.

"You!" I yelled, anger flowing in my veins.

Jack's bewildered expression made me rethink my assumptions, but my anger egged me on.

"You had something to do with it — Didn't you!?" I yelled louder, trying to awaken him from his shocked state. I began to walk closer to him, my hands bunched at my sides.

"What are you talking about?" Jack asked, seeming overwhelmed.

"I-I tell you all my problems... I told you about my past, about my dreams and let downs, and once I tell you about this-this guy, he magically shows up?! You tricked me! You've been tricking me all along!" I shriek, getting into his face. His solemn eyes looked at me, as if he was viewing my soul. I backed up a little, knowing I would go absolutely mental if I got closer.

"Fe, I don't know what you're talking about. I-I swear I had nothing to do with it." Jack whimpered, starting to sound like a puppy.

"Oh shut up. You buttered me up with all that mate bullshit and tried scaring me off with all that 'he's coming' nonsense, when really you were just planning a way to make me feel crazy." I growled, watching him back into a corner. He hid his hands behind his back, and looked up once in a while.

"I-I promise I wasn't lying, Fe. I'll... I'll explain it later. But for now, please leave.. I don't feel good." Jack begged, his eyes pleading.

"No, I haven't even asked my questions! How do you do it? How do you get by when you know that you've infiltrated someones personal life and made them feel absolutely insane, and make them feel like shit!? You're absolutely.. Inhumane!" I shouted, keeping my voice at an okay level.

Jack stared at the floor.

"Fe, please.. please leave." Jack coughed, sounding strained. I paused for a moment, realizing he was turning red.

"Wait, what's happening?" I asked him, getting closer.

Jack put his hands in front of him, and that's when I saw them. Claws. And they were sharp. My eyes went wide and I backed away immediately.

"Jack, what the fuck!?" I screamed, feeling light headed. Jack looked up at me and shook his head, telling me to be quiet.

"How can I be quiet when you have fucking claws growing out of your damn fingernails!?" I spoke normally, but still passive-aggressive.

He simply waved a hand in front of my face, and suddenly I was in an elevator.

Across from me was a young man, speaking to himself. I shivered, pulling my jacket tighter to me as my teeth made that "ts ts ts ts" sound when they clanked together. I tapped my feet on the elevator floor, not knowing what to do. The elevator doors were taking forever to open, and the man across from me wasn't really killing time.

I took out my phone, the elevator is taking forever. What am I doing here? I ignore my own question and went on Instagram, trying to get internet.

"Who needs a social life?" The young man across from me mumbled.

I looked up, confusion etching onto my face as I see him grin at me.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

The young man grinned even wider, humming a lullaby-like jingle. "I mean, who the fuck needs a social life? I have the voices in my head to keep me company." The boy chuckled, seeing my horrified expression. "And to think those pesky doctors tried to silence them."

My eyes widened, and I suddenly looked down. Blood poured into the elevator and I couldn't breath. I was suffocating. No air.

My eyes opened wide, and I found myself on the floor. I had an ear splitting head ache and my jaw hurt immensely. I looked around, seeing Jack pace around the room. It was his room, I recognized.

"Fe, you're awake!" He yelled in his in door voice, seeming happy. His hair was pulled in all different directions, and he looked stressed.

"Yeah, what the fuck happened? And where did your claws go?" I asked him, rubbing my eyes.

"What claws?" Jack asked, tilting his head.

I looked around once more, shaking my head. "Never-mind, I think I just had a bad dream. How'd I knock out?"

Jack chuckled. "Oh, you got so excited that you knocked out, I had told you that I'm getting out on Friday!"

"Friday? I haven't authorized this. Who told you?" I asked, standing up.

"Oh you didn't tell me?" Jack chuckled nervously, sitting down on his bed. "Silly me, always seeing and hearing things!"

"It's fine Jack, no biggie," I shrugged, feeling the ear-splitting head ache come back. "I think I'm gonna take the rest of the day off. Will you be alright?"

Jack nodded his head, smiling awkwardly. I smiled once more and bid him a goodbye, leaving his room. I needed sleep.
