"You fucking idiot!" I raised my voice at Matthew, appearing to him out of thin air.

Matthew looked up from the floor, a giant smirk plastered on his stupid face.

"Don't talk to me like that." Matthew scolded, standing up from the floor. He brushed off his pants and looked back at me, waiting for an explanation.

"Sorry, I forgot you were the alpha. And, oh, also a fucking idiot!" I whisper yelled, not being able to control my temper.

He stalked towards me, his tall slim frame being much more manly than mine. I have such a boyish figure, and I hated it.

Not being able to comprehend what was happening, air was suddenly taken away from
me and it felt like a ton of bricks were on my neck. I looked at Matthew, who was now pressing his fingers on my air way.

"I told you, don't fucking talk to me like that." Matthew growled. I refrained myself from rolling my eyes, I didn't want to be in even more trouble. Looking up at Matthew, I saw his eyes start to turn pitch black, making me fling him across the room gently. I was used to being strangled by him, but once he looses self control he goes absolutely mad.

"Chill, hot head. I'm only pissed because you got Fe thinking that she's psycho or something," I blandly told him, swirling my finger inches away from my ear for more of an effect.

Matthew shook his head, getting out of his monstrous daze. "What? What do you mean?"

Don't roll your eyes Jack. It's not worth another minute of strangling.

"She's human, did you forget? What human wouldn't be freaked out after months of drawing someones face and then, bam! They appear out of no where." I couldn't help myself this time, and rolled my eyes. Damnit Jack, why do you have to be so damn sassy.

Matthew glared up at me. "Roll your eyes again and I'll make sure you won't be able to see."

I conjured up a knife, and looked in his eyes. He really underestimates me sometimes. I took the knife and shoved it in my thigh, not feeling even an ounce of pain. I took the knife out of my thigh and watched the wound heal itself.

"Although I would love a new eye color, I think you forget small things like this," I smiled sarcastically, motioning to my leg.

You could basically see the steam coming out of his ears, making me want to burst into laughter.

Not the time, Jack.

"Anyways, your girl is frightened half to death and you're the cause of it. Good luck with that!" I finished delivering my message, and began to collect myself to go back to my room.

"Wait, how do I make her not afraid of me?" Matthew asked, tugging at my wrists. I gave him a glare and yanked it out of his grasp.

"First off, don't touch me. Secondly, I don't know the fuck. I've never had a mate! Maybe tell her that oh wait, you're immortal and are here to love her throughout the rest of her human life?" I told him straight up, not being able to contain my word vomit.

"Why on earth does she have to be human, I forgot how little time I have with her," Matthew rubs his hands over his face and I almost felt bad for him. Oh wait, he strangled me.

"Maybe she'll want to be one of whatever the fuck you are, not even I know and I'm one of you," I laughed, trying to break through the sadness barrier of the room.

Matthew looked up at me, his face holding an emotion of 'Dude, you're fucking annoying but you're my beta so I have to love you.' Which made me chuckle.

"I have to go now, Fe won't be back for the rest of the day and no other nurses check up on me, so I'm gonna go hunt. Join me?" I asked Matthew, seeing him starting to barricade himself from the world.

"Yeah. Just let me know when," Matthew sent a gentle smile and within seconds I was back in my room.
