Chapter 22: Say Yes?

He sat up and looked at me, my hands still in his. "I wanna ask you this because what we have is something that I have never felt before and I really wanna see where it goes." I looked towards him in confusion and he smiled.
"Would you like to go on a date with me?"

Kayla's POV
I look towards him in disbelief. He wants to go on a date with me? Is he serious? Is this even what I want?
Honestly, I don't even know what I want. I want Blake, I know that for a fact. But what do I want him as? A boyfriend? A fuck buddy? A husband?
WOAH WOAH WOAH! BACK TF UP!
What?
A husband? Aren't we getting a little ahead of ourselves?
It was just a thought...
Well it was a very big one.
Okay okay calm down.
Im just not sure what I want right now. Being with Blake is not really something that I ever thought of happening. But he is asking me out. Do I want a relationship? And what if I say no. Will things be awkward between us?
But what if you say yes? What if this one question is just the start of the rest of your life? Then won't it be worth it?
You sound like a fucking Hallmark movie. I'm gonna need you to tone it the fuck down.
Okay okay. But seriously, I think you should say yes. Besides, if this relationship ends up failing, it'll only be for the rest of the semester which is a few months.
I mentally shook my head. My conscience was right, life is for taking chances.
I looked to Blake and smiled. He was REALLY good looking. I did want to kiss him a lot anyway. And his body OMF HIS BODY. If this relationship lasts and ends up being more than I thought, I would love to get a taste of him.
He looked at me with curiousity and a little bit of fear in his eyes. I knew my answer. "Yes, I'd love to go on a date with you."
He smiled as if he won the Olympics. He pulled me close to him and kissed me perfectly on the lips. It was awesome.

Ik it has been forever since I updated and that is because I had no ideas on what to write or what should hpn and I saw that you all were getting really annoyed with me and Im soo sorry. Some ppl provably stopped reading or took this book off of ur library and I would too honestly.
From now on, please dont expect weekly updates from me. This book will have slow updates and Im sorry if they do but I just have a lot on my plate right now.
Although, I am happy to let you know that I will be making 2 or three new books which I jave already started. Idk when I will release them but I will let you know when I do.
