Chapter 3: Ender-Con

As we entered Ender-Con I saw a tonne of people setting up their stalls for the beginning rush hour, we walked up to an empty plot. One of the officials turned around and looked at us,

"This is where you'll rebuild your build" They explained as they walked away. I pulled out our building materials and we started to build, I loved rebuilding our build because if there were parts that were too slow in the competition then we could fix them now.

"You almost done up there!?!" Olivia shouted up to me, I was just making sure that all the redstone was connected,

"Almost!" I replied, I stood up on the top of our build and looked around I could see where the keynote was taking place. I jumped down and landed next to Jesse, I looked up at our build and then pulled the lever, fireworks came shooting from the top.

"Woah!" I heard someone say from behind us, I turned around and saw some people who were coming to Ender-Con, I smiled,

"Did you build this?" The other one asked, I nodded at them, "Good Job" they said as they walked away. I hugged Jesse and Olivia, I left out Axel and went straight to our pets, I squeezed Shadow and high-fived Reuben,

"Good Job guys" I heard two familiar voices from behind me, I turned round to see Lukas and Petra they were looking at our build. I grabbed out a necklace Lukas had made when we were a kid and put it on,

"Hey Jesse it's time to go see about that thing" Petra said to Jesse,

"Oh... The thing" Jesse remembered as she and Petra walked away, Axel looked at me and smiled,

"We're going into Ender-Con wanna come with?" He asked as he grabbed Olivia's hand, I smiled back at them I knew that Axel asked Olivia out a few hours before we set off for the building competition,

"I'll let you two lovebirds bond" I explained as I waved them off. Lukas and I were left alone,  I could see that Lukas was nervous about something so I decided to ask him what was up,

"Lukas why are you so nervous?" I asked him. He smiled shyly at me,

"I wanted to ask you something" He explained, I noticed that he was blushing for some reason I smiled back at him and then let him continue "I L-Love Y-You." Now I know why I was blushing, I had feelings for Lukas yet I didn't know. I hugged him tightly, we walked into Ender-Con hand in hand,

"LUKAS!!! We've been looking for y---" Aiden stopped when he saw me, "Why are you hanging out with Y/N?" He asked. I hid behind Lukas, I really didn't want to get hurt by Aiden not again,

"What's wrong with hanging out with him?" Lukas asked as Aiden glared at me, Aiden then looked back at Lukas. Aiden turned and walked away, we then heard some familiar voices from behind us,

"That guy scammed me on a deal!" Petra shouted, Me and Lukas ran over to them. Jesse and Petra turned to us,

"What happened?" I asked, Petra showed us the lapis this man had given him instead of a diamond, "There he is!" I shouted pointing towards a man running up to the stadium, Axel and Olivia were stood in line for the slime stall. Lukas looked like he had an idea,

"What if we use a slime block to break that guy's chicken machine for a diversion?" Lukas suggested, I agreed with him and we ran to the slime stall queue and waited until it was our turn.

"Does anyone know how to make a slime block?" I asked, Jesse took the slime balls and made us a slime block. Lukas helped me up onto the top of a stall, Olivia placed the slime block down in the place where she thought would allow me to jump from one side to the other.

"Do the biggest jump you've ever done?!?" Jesse shouted up to me, I nodded and got ready to run. I walked to the back of the stall I was stood on and ran forward. I jumped onto the slime block and destroyed a pane of glass on the machine, the chickens came spewing out of the machine,

"Good Job!" Lukas said as he helped me up. The bouncer quickly ran away since he was scared of chickens and we started to run up to the stadium,

"Lukas, I'm glad we get along now!" I shouted, Lukas smiled back at me,

"And we're going out!" He added. I grabbed his hand and we ran to the stadium, we were stood outside,

"Lets go in there and kick his but!" Petra said rage-fully. I didn't think that would be the best way,

"Me, Jesse, Olivia and Axel won the competition so we can go in fine... But what about you two?" I asked, Lukas smiled,

"We could pretend to be your plus one's?" Petra suggested. We agreed with this and entered the stadium.
