After countless aeons the plan begins to fall into place. Like many plans so long in the making, the execution has suffered many setbacks, reverses and doubts.
The white queen has taken her place on the board, the old king is dead and a newly appointed king is about to stand at her side. Her knight has not yet revealed himself to her. Unbeknown to them all the black prince stands before them and is about to assemble his hordes to annihilate them and consume the planets in his insatiable thirst for life. Old Mars and New Earth will be his, if he is allowed to march unopposed,
If the white queen fails in her quest.
There is still much to play for and the hand of fate may yet still sweep our pieces from the chess board. Our hopes rests with the queen to lead our forces into the final conflict and confirm her ascendancy. But even as she succeeds, others close to her will fall.
Despite all our designs and maneuvering, the outcome remains uncertain.
