<Edited> Melissa's POV Well, today's the day that I'm going out with Tristan as friends. I'm still wondering if it's a date though... Anyways me and Sophie are getting ready together she told me she was going to a party with Marco tonight. Agh! They are so cute together.
So, we decided to get ready together. Me and Sophie went to the mall together to buy dresses though I wasn't going to a party, I wanted to dress nicely for or hang out. After what felt like a hundred years me and Sophie finally found the perfect dress.

This was that I chose. It had such a beautiful design. With lacing on top and a plain pink fabric at the bottom. It was quite a match.

As for Sophie, she picked out a red dress. It was a prom- like dress. It was very fancy. It made her look like a rose blossoming and blooming. She looked so pretty in that dress. Once we got home, we decided to get ready and do each other's make up. It was so much fun.
I had never had this much fun since freshman year of high school. I was genuinely excited for our hang out. I can't help but think about how great Tristan is." Thinking about how great Tristan is?" She snapped me out f my daze. I blushed. How did she know? She's good." Come on I've got to go alright?
When the party is done I will tell you all the details of how this night went ok?" She said in a singing voice. After she left, I got all nervous. What if he ditched me? What if he only did like me as friends? Ok deep breaths Melissa. It's going to be alright. I mean what's the worse that can happen. Right?
Tristan's POV Thinking about tonight is just nerve-wracking. I mean what if she doesn't like what I did? It will be a disaster. Marco finally had the guts to ask Sophie out. I hope he doesn't mess up this time. I heard that the girls were getting ready at Melissa's place.
As I looked at the clock, it was 5:30. I was supposed to pick up Melissa at 5:45. So, I was right on track. I hope this goes well. I drove my car to her place and rang the door bell and when Melissa opened the door, I saw her wearing this beautiful dress that looked so good on her. It was breathtaking.
I was speechless. As I snapped out of my daze, I heard her say," What? Does it look ugly. Agh! I knew I should have picked the blue one..." She rambled." Ba... I mean Mel you could never look ugly, by the way I love your dress." She blushed." Sorry." She said. It looked so cute when I made her blush.
I chuckled at that thought." What are you laughing at?" She questioned innocently." Nothing" She nodded her head. As we walked to the car, I told her that we were going to lawry's. She squealed with excitement. We drove in drove in silence while listening to music, not just any silence, a comfortable silence.
Sophie's POV Right now, Marco was driving me to the party. We were talking happily. Once we arrived at the party, we could immediately feel that the atmosphere was different, it was more crowded. When we got inside," Babe, want a drink?" He said" Sure, why not. I'll be at the dance floor." There were lots of people.
Most of them were couples and some were singles. As I was walking to the dance floor, some guy walked up to me with a drink in his hand and said" Hey babbbe, wannna danccce?" He slurred." Ugh! No gross!" And with that I stomped away to the couch area where there were lots of people making out.
Ok never mind maybe not here. So, I decided to stay on the dance floor so that Marco can find me. After a while, Marco still hadn't come back with our drinks. Something felt wrong. As I walked to the kitchen, I saw something that broke my heart into a million pieces.
Melissa's POV As we walked into the diner some waitress served us. She welcomed us with a warm smile. Somehow I saw through that fake smile. But nevertheless, I was so excited that I thought I might pop. As the waitress took our orders, I ordered a prime rib meal. It was so delicious no it was scrumptious. I started eating more and finally finishing it. Tristan chuckled.
I raised my eyebrows at him with a questioned look on my face. He just shook his head at me and continued eating. " If you were to get anything you want in this world, what would it be?" He questioned." Hmm... I don't know I guess love. My parents are always on their business trips for modelling. Though they care about me, I just don't feel it.
I'm not good enough for them or you." I answered truthfully. I mean it was true. I'm justOnce we were done with our food. He paid for the bill. May I mention that it was so expensive. Well, probably because the food is so exquisite. I insisted on paying my portion but he was too stubborn to let me do so.
As we were walking out of the diner which I must say I would definitely go to it again, I was about to thank him for such a wonderful hang out night when I saw something or should I say someone. That someone changed my life right from the beginning.
Sophie's POV " What is going on here?" I screamed." It's only been a few days and now that's it, you're unbelievable!"I stomped out as silent tears fell down from my cheeks. I thought everything was fine and perfect but boy was I deceived.
As I ran out I heard someone call my name but I ignored them. I just wanted to be alone. I can't believe Marco cheated on me with some girl. Sigh... I guess life wasn't perfect. As I thought about it more, more tears came out. I ran all the way home and went into my room and released all my tears. Well, I hope tomorrow will be a better day.
