We have all been thinking, and asking, what's in the past? What secrets does it hold? What happened before everything started?

People have been debating on this subject for a very long time now.

Scientists has their Theories, Religions has their Holy Books, and some people, they have their Myths, and Legends, and Beliefs.

But what is really the truth?

The ones that believe in Sciences will give you proofs, calculations, ideas, experiments. Those on Religion would simply tell you to believe and have faith. Others would simply come and go not wanting to delve on such "unimportant issues" and leave the thinking to those that thinks it's important.

Humans have been living on this world for thousands of years and yet they still have a lot of things to find, secrets to be known, unknown places to discover. Even their own bloodline. Where did Humans started? Again Theories and Beliefs would clash.
Although, nowadays, people are more inclined on believing what Science is saying because they could be seen. Science could produce datas that come from theories.

But before Science, there came first the Legends and Myths and Beliefs.

Beliefs of Gods and Goddesses, Legends about Monsters and Heroes. Myths about how the land became.

Why did they believe such things? Of course, someone would say that they believe it because Humans have an uncanny way of seeing things.

They sometimes add or subtract certain details, especially if they have a rich imagination. They would sometimes accept things that are not there and deny those that aren't.

But most of the time, since the beginning of their history, Humans see things, the way they wanted to see it. If they see something that they don't like, they change it. If perhaps, by some miracle, they did like it, they improve it a little and then leave it as it is.

So with this thoughts, how come they are so sure of the things that they believe?

The truth is that the Human foundation is very fragile. The fact that they don't even know their own past, of where they came from, is a testament of how fragile it is. That's why they would deny those things that would pop their bubble and leave everything the way they are meant to be.

They are actually scared of knowing the past, because it holds the answer to a lot of questions that has been swirling around the world. They would try to find what the past holds, but when they did find, will they like it, or not?
