Mark's POV
I was in my recording room editing a video. I was nearly finished when Sasha comes into the room and wraps her arms around my neck.
"Hello beautiful!" I say, leaning back into her chest...but boobs for me.
"Hey handsome!" She says back.
"What you up to today then?" I ask.
"Well I'm gonna have a drive down to that new shopping centre if you want to come?" She says.
"Sure! But how about you go now and I'll meet you somewhere there?" I said.
She nods.
"Alright babe! I'll take Azie with me so you don't have to rush with her." She says.
"Thanks baby girl!" I say.
She laughs and ruffles my hair.
"Hey! Don't touch the floof!" I say, putting on my angry face.
"Awh! Does Markimoo not like it when I touch his hair? Or the poor baba!" She says, teasing me.
I quickly got up and grabbed her by the waist and wrestle her onto the floor.
"Ah! Mark!" She says giggling.
I laugh and peck her cheeks, forehead and then lips. She smiles and kisses me back.
"You're so beautiful!" I say, gazing into her blue eyes.
She blushes and looks away.
"Hey! Look back at me." I say.
She looks back. I give her a long passionate kiss. I stand up and pull her up with me.
"I'll meet you at the shopping centre in about 20 minutes?" I say.
"Yep!" She says.
I smile as she walks out the room. I sit back at my chair and continue with my editing.

I finally got finished with my editing and was about to go out the front door when I get a call from an unknown number. I answered it.
"Hello?" I say.
"Is this Mr Fischbach?" A voice said.
"Yeah. Who is this?" I ask.
"I am Officer Mitchell. I'm afraid that your wife and daughter have been in a car accident." He says.
My world came crushing down.
"Are...are they ok?" I ask.
"Your daughter is perfectly fine. She wasn't hurt. But...your wife is seriously injured." He says.
I began to breathe heavily.
"If you come down to the hospital, you can see them both." He says.
"Ok! I'll be there as quick as I can!" I say and ended the call.
I got my car keys and ran out the door.

I arrived at the hospital and ran to the desk.
"I'm here for Sasha Fischbach? She was in a car accident with my daughter!" I say
"She's in room 305." The receptionist said.
I legged it down the corridor until I got to the door. I opened it to see Sasha lying in the bed. I ran up to her.
"Oh my god, baby girl!" I say, holding her hand.
"Wake up princess! Please wake up!" I say.
I then hear the door open and a lady walked in with Azaylea in her arms. I got up and took Azie from her.
"Hey sweetie!" I say kissing her. "Is she ok?" I ask.
"She's perfectly fine. Just a bit shaken up." She says.
I nod and looked back at Sasha.
"Is she gonna be ok?" I ask.
"She's not doing so well." She says.
I sat down beside Sasha and held her hand.
"Please be alright, baby!" I say.

It's been a few days since the accident. Sasha still hasn't woken up. I've been sitting in this chair for hours with Azie sleeping in my lap. I held onto Sasha's hand, waiting for those beautiful eyes to open.
I then feel a squeeze on my hand. I quickly looked over at Sasha who had her eyes open. She smiles when she sees me and I smile back.
"Baby! You're awake!" I say, leaning over and kissing her on the lips.
"What happened?" She asked.
"You were in a car accident a few days ago. You're in hospital now." I say
"Azaylea?" She asks.
"She wasn't hurt at all! She's a little miracle!" I say.
She smiles. That's when Azie wakes up and sees Sasha awake.
"Mama!" She says, reaching her arms out towards her.
"Mama can't hold you right now, but you can lie down beside her." I say, lying her down on the bed.
Sasha wraps her arm around her and snuggles into her.
"Mark?" Sasha says.
"Yeah babe?" I say.
"Thank you!" She says.
"What for?" I ask.
"For giving me such a great and wonderful life! You've made me so happy!" She says.
I was confused.
"You're welcome, babe. And you're gonna have more of that!" I say.
She shakes her head.
"Not anymore." She said.
Is she saying what I think she's saying?
"What are you talking about, babe?" I ask.
"I'm not gonna get better, Mark." She says with tears in her eyes.
"Of course you are! It may take a while but you're gonna be fine." I say.
"Mark...I can feel myself getting weaker. These pills aren't making me better." She says.
I shake my head.
"Baby! Don't say that! Don't you dare say that!" I say.
"I love you Mark. And I love our beautiful little girl." She says as her breath gets wheezy.
I grab her hand. She looks down at Azaylea.
"Get her Mark. Cuddle her." She says.
I take Azaylea from her bed and held her close to my chest. Azie looks at her.
"Mama?" She says.
Sasha smiles.
"Mama loves you, baby girl!" She says.
"Take care of her Mark...she needs her Daddy." She says.
"Baby...don't leave me! Not now! Please, stay." I said.
"I...love...you..."
The monitor stops beeping and stays at a line.
"No...no no no!" I say.
I placed Azie down on the chair and ran out the room.
"HELP! SOMEBODY HELP! IT'S MY WIFE!" I shout.
Doctors rushed in and checked Sasha. I picked up Azie who looked confused. I turned her head away so she wouldn't see what was going on.
The doctors checked her pulse. They tried everything to bring her back, but she's not coming back. One of them turned to me.
"I'm sorry...she's gone!" He says.
I begin to cry.
"No! Sasha no!" I say.
That's when Jack and Signe run in. Signe takes Azie off me and rocks her. Jack tries to calm me down.
"Mark...Mark listen! Breathe! Please! I'm so sorry!" He says in tears.
Jack holds me close and tries to calm me down.
"I'm so sorry Mark! I'm so sorry!" He says.

My darling, wonderful, beautiful baby was gone! Gone,

Forever...
