Remember when Nam Yoon said that they finally took the risk to step out of the barrier?
It's true that she has been going in and out of the barrier from time to time. But she used her teleportation. Technically, she really did not take a step to go out of the barrier, she teleported out of it. So this really is her first time stepping out of the wonderful barrier that protects everyone inside.
