Hey guys.
I know that it's been a while since I updated and that I promised it would be sooner than the last time, that I would post a chapter. There's a reason for it.
I just found out today, November 16th, that my mother has breast cancer.
Just typing it out right now, I can't even believe it's real.
I considered putting this story on hold, but then my mom gave me good advice.
I can't stop living my life, even though it seems as if it's falling apart. And if she can do it, I can do it.
So, I will continue this story. In fact, I have a chapter update planned sometime this weekend..

UPDATE, 4/22/2021: Hi all, Hannah here! Since this author's note has been published I just want to let everyone know that my mom is still in remission, she had a mastectomy during the year this part was added, and they were able to take the cancer out. She also had radiation and no chemotherapy, thank god! It was only stage 2, so that was a good thing. Since then, she has been in remission and the cancer has not returned!!! <3
