Chapter 4

"Don't worry she wasn't your real mother." A voice startled you. "Who's there?!" You asked but nothing could be heard. There was dead silence.

Author's Prospective

Kaitlyn stood there frozen. "I could've sworn I heard a voice." She reassured herself, looking around carefully.

"I'm sorry your highness I couldn't take it anymore." A silver haired young man said with a voice that couldn't be heard except for people from his kingdom, after being confronted about talking to Kaitlyn. The queen sighed and shot her look to the girl who had resumed crying.

"Now's the time." Uttered the queen. The silver haired boy smirked and became visible for humans to see, visible for Kaitlyn.

A gasp could be heard from the young woman's mouth. "What?!" Her eyes widened but then she fixed her voice to show more confidence. "Where the fuck did you come from?" She asked trying to keep a steady voice. Taking some steps back she held the knife that cut her skin tightly in her grip.

The boy smirked and moved towards her. "Chill baby I'm not going to kill you." He said chuckling. Kaitlyn cringed at the word baby.

She could've held the knife longer but decided against it.

I wanted to die anyways.

She thought and dropped the knife of the floor. "I don't really care if you kill me." She replied to him in an honest, monotones voice. He frowned at her words getting upset by how much she was depressed.

"Jimin." The boy spoke up receiving a confused hum from the girl. "My name." He answered her. "What's yours?" He added.

"None of your business" She answered shortly not wanting to deal with him. "Now fuck off" She glared at him but the silver haired guy didn't move a single step.

Kaitlyn raised an eyebrow at him but nonetheless started walking away, while Jimin walked her way. She took steps backward and Jimin took steps forward. She readied herself for running, she caught her breath and tried to run away, but the boy held her wrist tightly.

She struggled to get out of his grip gritting her teeth at him. "What the fuck do you-" She couldn't continue her sentence as another man with blond hair showed up and put his palm over her mouth.

She thrummed and tried to talk but his palm blocked her words. "You're not going anywhere." Were the last words she heard before fainting from frighten.

You're not strong after all, you fainted from some men.
You're not fooling anyone.
You're weak.
She heard multiple more insults from her mind as she was in her fainting state.
