"Mom, Dad welcome!" Abby greeted her parents, wrapping her slender arms around the old couple.

"Abigail, you've gotten skinnier! Why haven't you been eating?" Her mother asked poking Abby's ribs. "I've got to put some meat on you."

"Mom," Abby groaned, telling her to shut up with her eyes.

"I should come more often or you'll end up fat like your lazy brother, he's just like your father." Mrs. Curtis laughed, rolling her eyes. Her eyes looked around the house before her grass green eyes landed on me. "Oh, who's this beautiful young lady?" She smiled, walking up to me and taking my hands.

"She's my girlfriend." Tyler smiled plopping down on the seat next to me and throwing his arm over my shoulders. I took his arm off me and smiled at the old woman in front me. "No, I'm not. I'm one of his friends, well barely. He's been forcing to spend time with him."

"That's just like my little boy. Get a beautiful girl to hang out with him." She patted Tyler's head like a dog. "I taught you well."

"Mom," Tyler groaned sinking down in his seat.

"Hush up, take advantage of this. This beautiful girl actually is here, isn't she?"

"Mom, please be quiet."

Mrs. Curtis looked at me smiling, but pleading with her eyes. "Marry him, please."

I giggled and blushed. "I'd rather not, Mrs. Curtis."

"Call me Charlotte, Mrs. Curtis is my mother-in-law." She corrected me. "And you're right. I had enough clean after him before he left, I wouldn't want you to suffer either."

"Mom, don't you have to help Abby with dinner?" Tyler grounded out through his clenched teeth.

"Fine, I was trying to get you a girlfriend, but if you want to be lonely for the rest of your life..." she trailed off, putting her hands up in surrender while Tyler glared at her.

"Charlotte, stop harassing our son and help your daughter." Mr. Curtis spoke up. "I'll continue this."

I heard Tyler groan, hitting his head with my shoulder and mumbling, "Kill me."

This is going to be much more mortifying when the itching powder kicks in. I smiled thinking about Tyler running around itching his crotch and then when he tries to take of his underwear and he can't...I start to giggle uncontrollably and Tyler and his dad look at me like I've gone insane.

"Oh Lord, she might be like your mother." Mr. Curtis whispered to his son. Tyler looked up the ceiling, holding his hands desperately. "Please God, I beg of you. Not like her."

I looked at them in confusion. Was she really that bad? She seems so nice.

As if they could read my mind, they answer the unspoken question.

"My mother is...how do I say this nicely?" Tyler started, looking at his dad for help.

"A crazy old bat that I love but sometimes want to throw out a window," His father supplied.

Tyler smiled pointing to his dad. "Yeah, that."

"That's rude," I frowned. "She doesn't say things about you."

Tyler gave me a flat look. "When I was seven she told everyone I peed my pants till I was seven." He immediately regretted talking because he slapped his mouth with his hand. "Why did I tell you that?"

I shrugged. "I don't know but thank you." I smiled wickedly. I'll be using that in the near future.

"Great son, this is why women are evil."
