Alice stared at all the boxes of her stuff in the back of the van. She was going to live with her Aunt and Uncle in a different town, so she was taking all her stuff with her. Well, anything she wanted to keep. That meant her bed, clothes, games consoles, computer, desk, and all the shit from the top of her cupboard.
She didn't exactly know what it'd be like living with them, although they were pretty close and visited a lot. She did know that the people in town were superstitious, and apparently there were abandoned houses. At least that could be kinda cool to explore, once she was adjusted and had friends.
Alice knew she would have to go somewhere, and she was going to live with relatives in a town far from the city. It sure wasn't rural but it was far enough that she'd have to start over, say bye to all her friends.
