Sighing, you looked out the window of your plane. You were on the way to visit your brother, Josh aka, Jovenshire. You were excited, but also, very nervous. Why did you leave? Well, it's a long story. But for the most part, it was because of your boy- well, now ex-boyfriend, Alex. He was the reason you had to leave our hometown. It had all started when one day, you came home to your apartment to find him with another girl. But since they were just sitting on the couch, talking to each other, you decided to let it go. Until not even a week later, it happened again. Only this time, they were doing a lot more than just talking. You could still see the image in your head. A tear slipped down your cheek and you wiped it away quickly. He had never been the best boyfriend, but you still had loved him. It hurt that he would do this to you. It hurt more than you could explain. You sighed again and looked at your watch. "Two hours, only two hours" you mumbled to yourself.
(Time skip to plane landing because laziness)

You woke up, your neck stiff. It felt so wrong. Stretching, you got up and grabbed your bag from above your head. Leaving the plane and collecting all your luggage. You looked around for Josh. You couldn't see him anywhere. You sat down and chuckled to yourself. He was always late. 10 minutes later you decided to text him
(Text convo
J=Josh
Y=You )
Y- Hey Josh, what time you planning on picking your sister up from the airport?
J- Crap, (Y/N), I'm sorry. It completely slipped my mind
Y- It's fine, Josh, but how soon can you get here?
J-I'm really tied up at work right now, do you mind if a friend of mine picks you up??
You sighed, you weren't really looking forward to meeting someone new, you kinda just wanted to sleep on the way there.
Y- Yeah, that's fine. What does he/she look like? Just so I know who to look for
J-He's got long brown hair, and he's wearing a grey sweatshirt. He's also super tall, you shouldn't miss him. His names Wes by the way
Y-Ok, gotcha. When will you be home tonight?
J-Around 7-7:30, don't worry, I'll leave work a little early today
Y-K, love ya Josh
J-Love you too!

You smiled. Leave it to your brother to forget you were coming today and leave you at the airport. You settled back into the bench, getting ready to wait a while.

Around half an hour later, you spotted someone who definitely fit Josh's description. When he said tall, he wasn't kidding. He was like a giant! You shyly got up and walked towards him.
"Hey, are you Wes?" You asked quietly
"Oh, yep that's me!" He smiled, reaching out his hand.
"You must be (Y/N)"
You nodded, shaking his hand. His eyes were a chocolate brown color. Realizing you were staring, you quickly looked at the ground.
"Josh can't stop taking about you at the office lately, he must really miss you" he smiled politely
"Yeah, its been a while"
He nodded and started walking. You had to walk pretty quickly to catch up with his giant steps, seeing as you were shorter than he was. Getting to the car, he popped the trunk and grabbed your suitcase from you. You mumbled thanks and he nodded as he put it in the back. You felt this was going to be a long and awkward car ride, seeing as you barely knew the guy. Sitting in the passenger seat, you adjusted your clothing awkwardly as he started the car. You looked out the window as the city passed by.
"Do you want to get something to drink?"
He asked, startling you from your thoughts.
"Oh, yeah. That sounds good"
"Cool, what do you want?"
"Is Starbucks ok?"
He nodded and turned into a nearby drive through. You sat and sipped your coffee.
"So,  (Y/N), do you like video games?" He turned to look at you, smiling.
"Yes! I mean, um, yeah"
He chuckled softly at your outburst.
"Why do you ask?"
You asked
"Oh, just because your brother does play them for a living, and I do as well"
"Really?"
You said, how awesome is that. You knew Josh worked at a place called "Smosh Games" and made videos like that.
"Yup, it's an awesome way to make a living"
He smiled again, before looking at you.
"Hey, would you ever consider doing something like that? Playing video games in front of a camera for a living?"
You thought about it
"Absolutely, it sounds awesome"
He laughed and turned back to the road. The rest of the trip passed in comfortable silence.
