2 weeks later
maci's pov:
it's been two weeks. peyton isn't showing signs that's waking up anytime soon. the doctors are slowly giving up. i can tell. but there is this one doctor. i haven't left this hospital once so she always brings coffee or snacks up for me.
brandon was giving up on peyton. he came everyday for a week then all of a sudden he "couldn't" according to hunter.
it hurts. just seeing peyton laying down, on a hospital bed, lifeless. she will wake up. maybe in a day or in 3 months. i don't care i'll still be here to see her wake up and smile.
"hello..?"
omfg it's hunter i'm done. "hi." i say weakly as he sits down. "how's brandon?"
"he won't talk to anyone. he never leaves his room. he barely eats and it scares me. he probably hasn't showered at all in the past week. he has completely given up on himself. he doesn't care. he stopped taking care of himself."
i felt crushed hearing that. he probably misses peyton more than anything.
"i feel terrible. after everything that's going on, an-"
i was interrupted by a weak voice. "henry?" wtf. i turn to see the one and only
PEYTON. "JESUS." i yell and throw my self onto her. "yowza. i just slipped out of coma chill." she said. i was smiling non stop. "IM SORRY IM JUST HAPPY."
"well excuse me i'm here too." hunter said with his arms wide open. peyt and him hug.
holy schnitzel i've missed her smile. my best friend is back. i smile at my thoughts but was interrupted.
"peyton?"
