Chapter 52: Lies Revealed

(Joey's P.O.V)

      Today's the day! I pull out the box with a ring in it. I told myself many times the exact same words over and over Joey this is for your kid. I thought I should just do it here and now.

     " Cat!" I yelled from downstairs. She races down stairs. I pulled her close.

     " Ok, Cat...."

(Meghan's P.O.V)

     Me and Kalel pulled up to Joey's apartments.

(Joey's P.O.V)

       "I know, this is out of the blue and unexpected."

(Meghan's P.O.V)

      I got out of the car fast, so did Kalel.

(Joey's P.O.V)

       " But... I know we wanted this for a while for the baby." I said.

(Meghan's P.O.V)

     We raced up the stairs as fast as we can.

(Joey's P.O.V)

     I slowly got down on one knee, holding her hands in mine.

     " Cat..." I said slowly, she was very excited.

(Meghan's P.O.V)

     We got to his apartment door and knocked. No answer.

(Joey's P.O.V)

     " Would you be in hon--" The door knocked a couple times. I didn't know what that was I looked at the door and back at Cat.

     " Ignore it for now.." She said I looked back at her and nodded.

      " In Hon--" All of a sudden...

     " JOEYYYYYYYYY!" I heard a tell from outside and it sounded like Meghan's voice. Now I was concerned.

     " We will be out in a little bit." I said. I then looked back at Cat.

(Meghan's P.O.V)

     " A little bit?" I whispered to Kalel. I got fed up knocked on the door. Then saw if the door was unlocked and sure enough, it was. I walked in fast and saw Joey on one knee holding Cat's hands.

     " Joey?" I said and at the same time he said my name.

     " You ruined the moment, I was just about to get asked to be married." Cat said and evil smiled at me. I was so done with all her stuff.

     " CAT! YOU NEED TO SHUT YOUR FACE, YOU HAVE BEEN TELLING ALL KINDS OF LIES TO JOEY ABOUT YOU SO AND SO "PREGNANCY", ITS OVER WE GOT YOU!" I said. She stepped close to Joey.

     " I have no idea what there talking about. I would never do such a thing." She said. I stepped closer but Kalel pulled me back. Joey was confused and concerned by the look on his face.

     " Stop with the lies Cat, it's over now. You don't have a baby or you don't have Joey anymore." Kalel said and stepped to the side of me. I looked at her and shook my head.

     " No, no. Guys she is pregnant she gave me the sonograms." I looked at him and frowned, I was scared. I knew he fell deep into her trap.

     " It's a fake, her information would be on the front. We even got a DM from the real mother confronting her and telling us and showing us a picture from months ago.. Have you checked your phone?" I said and looked at Joey. He pulled out his phone.

     " I've called you so much and you never called back." I said. He looked more confused.

     " I've never got calls from you." He said.

     I showed my phone from a distance the 13 missed calls. He was shocked. He didn't know what to say.

     " I have 13 missed calls from a random number... That's you. It would have popped up as your name? I don't understand!" I then shot my head straight to Cat.

     " Cat.. You told me that Meghan's phone number was that company! Why did you lie to me." I finally knocked some sense into him.

     " I just thought you would still be in love with her and not me... And leave me and the baby alone." She said and pouted fakely. Joey's eyes became saddened. He puts his hands on her shoulders.

     " Joey, she is completely lieing that test in her "Pregnancy video" is my pregnancy test. I can prove it too." Kalel said as she pulled up her shirt and there placed was a baby bump. Joey moved up closer.

     " Yo-- you have a baby bump ALREADY?" Me and Kalel looked at each other.

     " ALREADY? You start getting it by the time your 2-3 months pregnant. I'm guessing Cat doesn't have one.. and Cat where's Meghan's clothes she was wearing the exact same night that you took from her. That's why she woke up wearing a robe because her clothes where gone." Kalel said and I nodded my head.

(Joey's P.O.V)

      So many thoughts ran through my head we're they lieing or we're they telling the truth. This would make sense of the robe Meghan woke up wearing. I just don't understand, this is all so of a sudden.

     " Oh and Cat.. Why don't you show us the rest of that video you have...." I looked at Cat and was kinda of off. She was silent.

     " Exactly.. You don't have proof and you lied to the Internet and even Joey." Meghan said. I looked at Meghan to Cat.

     " Meghan... I think you should leave." Cat said to Meghan. Then it all came back.. I went to look for Meghan and and everything got woosy, she must have drugged me that night...

     " No. There not leaving... You are." I said and Cat looked at me shocked and mad.

     " What about the baby?" She said. I got angry and grew mad. SHE WAS LYING. There was no bump. NOTHING. SHE JUST WANTED ME FOR HER OWN. That was Meghan's number and Cat has been acting different.

     " There is no baby..." I said. She looked at me jaw opened wide. I pointed to the door. Then her expressions changed quick.

     " Fine then! You caught me! IM NOT PREGNANT. I JUST WANT JOEY AND MAKE MEGHAN'S LIFE A LIVING HELL AND TRUST ME IT WILL HAPPEN... JUST DONT TELL MY SOCIAL MEDIA!" She said. I laughed.

     " Oh no... You have to tell social media..." I said and pointed to the door once again. She angrily stomped out the door and passed Meghan with eyes I noticed she whispered something but I couldn't make words. She grabbed her stuff and was out the door.

(Meghan's P.O.V)

      " Oh no... You have to tell social media..." Joey said and pointed to the door behind us. She angrily stomped pass me and came close.

     " I'll fucking get you for this..." She whispered. I felt myself tense up. She grabbed her stuff and went out the door. The room was filled with silence. I looked at Joey.

     " Mm-- Megh--" I ran up to him and jumped into his arms. I wrapped my arms around his neck and legs around his waist. He put his arms wrapped around my waist and held on.

     " Listen.. Meg-" I cut him off.

     " No.. No. This is no ones fault it's Cat's. It's fine because now I got you..." We then smashed are lips together. It's been forever. I finally got the love of my life back...
