Who is Skylar?

Hey Babies!! You know what I just realized? I never fully introduced Skylar to you all!! 😖😖 How stupid of me. I decided to dedicate this mini chapter to her! Here she is you guys, SKYLAR!!!

Full Name: Skylar Autumns

Personality: Skylar is a carefree girl with a positive spirit, she always tends to block out the negatives in her life. But after the chemical plant explosions and losing Mary and Noodle, Skylar doesn't think she can handle any more of this hell hole. She seems to hold a special place for Barrett in her heart, but she believes he still is after Zoe. Skylar is a B-average student getting mostly A's and B's. Except for Mr. Rogers, her calculus teacher. Skylar loves chemistry and has the same class as Violet! Skylar is very determined to survive the apocalypse and give a helping hand to those in need.

If she was actually in the show, who would she be played by: I had to do a lot of thinking for this one, I was reading this one fan fiction for Freakish by TW_Nerdd where she had her character played by Troian Bellisario, and it's a really good story! You guys should check her out! Other fan fictions do this as well, so I thought about it. Personally, I would love for Dianna Agron to play Skylar. I feel like she would play that part perfectly! I loved her in Glee, and I think she a great actress!

How is she with....

Grover: Skylar and Grover live in the same neighborhood and love to hang out, she is also friends with his little sister Mary. Skylar thought it was funny that Grover went to detention just to hang out with Violet! When she first moved to town, Grover was the first person to show her around. Skylar thinks she has a good connection with Grover.

Violet: Skylar doesn't really hang out with Violet that much, but she does have some respect towards her. Skylar thinks that Violet is a complete badass in school, she likes that Violet is not afraid to speak her mind and talk back to people who get on her nerves. Skylar hopes to be friends with her one day due to the fact that they both love chemicals. If Skylar ever gets the chance, she would love to talk to Violet one day and be her friend.

Natalie: Other than Barrett, Natalie is Skylar's best friend in the entire world. Skylar knows about the drama between Natalie and Zoe and has been thinking of a way to get them to be friends again. Skylar remembers when her, Zoe and Natalie used to hang out before the whole party incident. Skylar got a call from Natalie late at night one day and was told she was pregnant. The first thing Skylar did was tell Natalie how upset she was, then she told her that she will be there for her when the baby comes. Skylar has been getting Natalie her maternity clothes and has been helping her with the pregnancy since her parents don't know. Skylar will do anything to help her best friend.

LeShawn: Skylar doesn't know many things about LeShawn, and neither does he. All Skylar knows about him is that he is captain of the basketball team and is dating Zoe. LeShawn knows somewhat about Skylar's crush on Barrett and can't stand the fact that Barrett still wants to be with Zoe. Skylar tries to talk to LeShawn as much as she can to get to know him but that doesn't seem to be working in her favor. She does hope that she can get on his good side. And stop all the drama between him and Barrett.

Diesel: Skylar knew nothing about Diesel, except the fact that he's a scary tall kid with strawberry blonde hair, hence the nickname 'Strawberry boy.' Skylar was the first person in the group to talk back to Diesel and not be afraid of him. Even though he is the biggest person in the group. After the incident between them, Diesel has gained some respect for Skylar. The respect for her grew bigger once he found out that she was helping take care of Natalie's soon to be child. Skylar can easily tell that Diesel likes Natalie and she knows that Natalie likes him back. Skylar kinda sees Diesel as like a big brother since he wants to protect everyone, especially Natalie and her. Even though he thought of Skylar as a bitch, Diesel sees Skylar as a good friend.

Barrett: Skylar knew Barrett since they were little kids. They always hung out together and always had the same classes together. Once high school started, things began to drift between Skylar and Barrett. Barrett met Zoe, the captain of the cheerleading squad. Barrett began to develop feeling for her and began to push Skylar away. Skylar still thinks she has a good connection with Barrett and hopes one day they will become close again. Due to them always hanging out Skylar began to develop strong feelings for Barrett. She told Natalie about this while hanging out with her one day. Natalie insisted Skylar should at least tell him how she feels but decided not too due to the fact that he likes Zoe more than her.

Zoe: Skylar doesn't hate Zoe; she just strongly dislikes her from time to time. Zoe has some redeeming qualities when it comes to Skylar, but she still thinks of Zoe as a diva. Zoe and Skylar do have some things in common and are trying to get along again after the whole Natalie and Zoe ordeal. After Zoe and Natalie fought, Skylar decided to stay with Natalie due to her pregnancy and wanting to help her as much as she can. Again, Skylar is trying her hardest to get her, Natalie and Zoe back together as friends but it's going to take some time to do so. Skylar hopes that one day she and Zoe will become good friends again.

Noodle: Skylar knows little to nothing about Noodle. She never really got the chance to know him, he's in her Spanish class and sits next to her, Noodle was the one who always loved to play around and usually was seen with LeShawn and Zoe. Skylar and Noodle would talk from time to time, he would ask her about what the heck Ms. Benson was saying or if he could look at her homework due to the fact that he never did it. Skylar thought Noodle was a good person and always saw the good in people and always had a funny bone, ever in serious situations. Skylar was heartbroken to find out that Noodle was killed by the freaks and wished she got to know him better since they were trapped inside the school together.

Mary: Skylar met Mary while hanging out with Grover one day. She was pretty shy at first but once she got to know Skylar, she was an energetic and carefree girl. Mary was starting high school this year and asked Grover and Skylar to help look after her from the seniors. Of course, Grover and Skylar agreed to do so. Skylar loved to hang out with Mary whenever Grover was busy doing homework or helping his parents. Skylar wished that she could have helped Mary earlier so that way she was never bitten, Skylar hopes one day Mary will get better and remember her as the true friend she is to her.

Family Life: Skylar has one little brother named Adam who is fifteen years old, her parents live far from the plant even though her father works there. Some days he works on the weekends much to her mom's annoyance. Her parents were actually planning on getting a divorce later in the year, until the plant blew up causing her mother to fear for her husband's life. Daniel is friends with a sixteen-year-old named Tristian who lives down the road from the plant, Skylar worries that her brother was with Tristian when the plant exploded. Skylar cares deeply about her family and friends and will do anything to protect them.

Other Details: Skylar loves horror movies, spicy foods, hiking, chemistry, singing, helping others, hanging out and studying with Barrett and spending time with her family.
