Chapter 4

Alexis P.O.V

~"i can't believe Zed, his such an idiot and the way he said "sorry" just boils my blood we almost lost Rue because of him"~ I thought while fixing the gun, then the screw driver comes out with a broken screw

"aah great" I said out loud throwing the screw driver to the side

"whats wrong?" came in Zed with 2 boxes in his hand

" this screws are damaged" I said trying to relax, he came walking fast and releasing the 2 boxes on a near by metal table

"let me see" Zed said grabbing one of the screws

"no wonder, these screws are rusty and it would not do" Zed said

He went to one of the boxes and reached inside and then he came back with something on his hand

"here these are brand new they just arrived I order them to keep the gears in place" Zed said handing me the screws and then leaning on one of the metal tables behind us

" omg! This are the silver sirverado, they are really expensive" I said looking at him

"yeah well I have people that find everything cheap, even for free" Zed said showing off

" ooh wow, this will most definitely do thanks" I said while going back to my work taking out the old screw and putting in the new one

"yes perfect finish, thanks again" I said feeling better

"no prob Al" Zed said, it really annoyed me when he called me "Al"

"how many times I have to tell you don't call me Al" I said getting annoyed, he got up from leaning from the metal table and stood infront of me

"maybe I like calling you like that" he said getting closer making me not able to keep going back because of the metal table there was a column and he puts a hand there, I start to get scared,

~"what is he doing?"~ I though

"Zed you better stop calling me that before I hit you were it hurts the most" I said getting uncomfortable of his face getting closer

Beep! Beep!

~" thank goodness"~ I though

The tracker started to ring

"Zed theres work to do, let's go" I said relieved of getting out of that situation

"guys come here quick, theres trouble, actually double trouble" I started to yell while looking at the tracker

Rue P.O.V

I heard Alexis yelling that theres "double trouble" I wonder what does she means by that

"whats wrong Alexis?" I asked

Everybody came at the central room to check out whats going on

"theres 2 Newingtons level 2 in the same place, probably twins" Alexis said

"where are they?" I asked

"at a playground around Nebraska Avenue" Alexis said

"well then let's go" Zed said

We went quickly to the playground finding identical twin brother with 2 girls

"so it looks like there attacking with 2 Newington at the same time" Alexis said

"we have to pass that they don't notice us" I said

"come Zed we have work to do" I said

"a-are you sure?" Zed asked

"positive" I said getting out of the van

"ok then, oh Alexis give me one of the guns" Zed said

Alexis looked at Zed then at the gun and back to Zed again

"are you sure?" Alexis asked

"trust me" Zed said, Alexis nod abd gave him a gun

"you ready?" I asked Zed

"yeah let's go" Zed said

We passed by them and the girls got seperated from them and we grabbed that chance and pulled them to a near by alley we pushed them making them fall to the floor

"you Newingtons disgust me, hurting other people" Zed said pointing the gun at them

"well is not our fault the girls want us" One of the Newington said

"this is not even your true forms if they see your original form they would never talk to you" Zed said

"tell us where Facroak is" I asked

" you think we're that stupid to tell you" the other one said while transforming

"actually yes" Zed said, they start to yell and transform completely one grabbed me and throw me to the floor hard I couldn't feel my legs, he got on top of me I grab my katana and stab him in the heart making him disappear I looked back and saw Zed fighting with the other Newington

Zed P.O.V

"Rue are you ok?" I asked

"yeah, Zed look out" Rue yelled I looked back and saw the Newington coming at me I put the gun up and shot his head of and poof his body disappeared

"Rue you ok?" I asked again

"kinda I still can't feel my left leg" Rue said

"Rook come and get Rue I have other business to attend to" I said through the communicator

I waited for Rook to get Rue he takes her to the van and go to the girl

"hi girls" I said while putting my protective glasses on

"are you guys ok?" I asked

"yeah, why wouldn't we?" The blonde said

" have you seen identical twins?" the brunet asked

"glad you asked, they kinda disappeard" I said they looked at each other confused then at me I took the chance and Flash! I erased there minds instantly

"Hey hey hey" I said getting back at the van

"what you do?" Alexis asked

"erase their minds" I said

Rue P.O.V

We arrived to our headquarters and Rook carried me to the medbay he made me drink a tea to stay relaxed

"this is going to hurt just a little" Rook said while doing something with his hand in my left leg and bang I felt the sharp pain

"ooh ouch ouch" I said feeling pain

"you weren't kidding of the pain" I said grinning I looked at Rook and he was also grinning but looking at my leg

"there all done" he said while helping me up

"be careful now, ok" Rook said helping me till my room

"thanks Rook" I said

"no problem Rue see you later" Rook said while going outside my room

~"to know where Facroak is we must find a Newington and make him talk using his weaknessess"~ I though
