Dean's POV
I got out of the hospital three days later. Sam and Bobby both visited me, but they both left soon after. Cas though didn't even leave at night.
When Cas pulls up to his house I'm surprised. "My older siblings moved out and the rest of the family left for the weekend. I thought you'd like to come here." He gives me a sly smile before opening his door and walking to the house.
I open my door and follow him all the way to his room. He sits on his bed and I sit on his lap. I feel him sigh as I put my head in the crook of his neck breathing in his sent.
"Dean?"
"Yeah Cas?" I look up at him and look down at his lip.
"I think I love you." I look back up at him with a smile.
"I love you, Cas."
He smiles back and says, "I love you to." I kiss him slow and passionately not rushing anything.
Cas moves his hands under the rim of my shirt making me stop breathing for a second. We pull apart and take off our shirts. He continues to kiss me slipping his fingers under my pants.
He stands up and takes off my pants and his own, not breaking the kiss, then lying on the bed pulling me down with him.

I lay my head on his chest and continuing to pant. "I love you, Dean," Cas whispers in my ear. "I love you too, Cas."
A few minutes later Cas says we should clean up. We get up and Cas gives me a pair of pjs and points me to a bathroom down the hallway.
I go shower and get dressed in Cas' pjs then go back to Cas' room seeing he's already out. He's looking at me when he bends down on one knee and says, "Dean I have waited a year and a half for you to wake up. It just made me love you more." He puts his hands in front of him showing a small box. "Will you marry me?"
I am speechless as I nod. He comes up and kisses me putting the ring on my finger. I look at the ring to see that the ring is like a high school ring. It's a plain silver band with a blue and green gemstone.
"I love it, Cas." I smile and go lay down on the bed. Cas comes and lays with me.
"I hope so. It cost a lot, but it was worth it."
I fall to sleep snuggled next to my fiancé.

Okay I think this is my favorite chapter. Like as much as I like when one of them go to the hospital or get beat up. I really like seeing them propose I like how cute it is. Also I like the excitement I get in my chest. ITS SO CUTE!
