Y/n POV

I was wiping down the tables in jitters listening to a little music when the news came on catching my attention.

Cara: Breaking news just in, there has been a metahuman attacking as you can see behind me everything is chaotic right now ccpd is now clearing out the forming crowd everyone who is out on the streets we're telling you to seek shelter now if anyone sees this metahuman (shows pic of metahuman) please call the ccpd immediately

I turned off the tv and grabbed the clorox wipe throwing it in the garbage. I turned off spotify on my phone and put my jacket on. I grabbed my bag and called barry as i turned off the lights and locked up jitters. Barry phone went to voicemail and i hung up calling my dad (joe) to see if he can come pick me up. But of course my dad phone went to voicemail as well. I sighed and just started walking back home. That was until i felt something powerful shock me making me fall.

Y/n: ughh damn

I turned around seeing the metahuman from the news his hands were lighted from the electricity forming from his hands.

Spark: whats a pretty little thing like you doing out here all by herself

Y/n: please let me go i wont tell anyone i seen you

Spark: oh you wont be telling anyone anything anytime soon

The guy slowly walked up to me making tears form in my eyes.

Meanwhile with barry

Cisco: umm barry come in here

Barry jogged in there to see cisco and caitlin with a look of sadness.

Barry: whats going on ?

Cisco: the metahuman alert just went off there's a metahuman right in front of jitters

Barry: but that's where y/n works

Barry flashed out of there and hurried to jitters. He was running his fastest scared that something bad has happened to you. His heart raced and when he got there he saw your shattered phone and your bag on the ground. He slowly walked over to your belongings and picked it up tears forming in his eyes. The only thing he could think about was that he wasn't fast enough...
