It was kind of weird to know that the one and only, Luke Hemmings, who kept to himself, never talked to anyone, and he would come to school everyday with a new scar or some shit, he was there to help me when a perverted asshole hit on me in an instant.

I even thought I was dreaming. So, being the awkward me, I asked the damned principal to pinch me. She just looked at me like I was crazy. I am.

She let me go and had pervert (his new name) and Luke get two hours worth of detention after school. Luke just had a look on his face that said he was proud of the damage he did on pervert's face, while pervert just glared daggers at him.

I snickered and walked out of the office. As soon as I stepped out, I saw people's eyes glued to me. I just kept walking, but I looked at the ground the whole time.I'm not one for attention. I hate it. I get a weird feeling when I'm being stared at. It's just creepy.

I walk into the cafeteria, I could smell the pizza from a mile away.

I waited in line until it was my turn to get my tray. I walked in front of the line and grabed the pizza. I walked to take a seat, I looked around and frowned. Jenna was sitting at the table with Paul, I didn't have many friends.

I look down and slowly walk to a table. I increased the speed when I saw the popular table. If I stay, they'll make fun of me, especially about what happened earlier. I speed walk and I kept my head down.

I made my way to the table. I took out a piece of paper and a pen to draw. I don't know why, I was just bored.

"Adrian, tell me everything!" Jenna yelled more than she talked.

"Shhh." I smiled at her. "It's nothing."

"Obviously, everyone is talking about it." She smiles and takes a bite from the pizza on her plate.

"I don't really wanna talk about it."

"Oh I understand. You think Luke is gonna ignore you now?" I can hear her, but I make an effort not listen. "He's looking at you." She pointed to the other table.

I turn around, he was there, but he wasn't looking at me.

I raised an eyebrow at Jenna and shook my head.

"He was just being nice."

I finished my pizza and drawing, so I get up. I turn around and bump into someone. I apoligize quickly and continued to walk. Well at least I tried, until the person who I bumped into grabbed my arm.

"What the-" I looked from my arm and to the person's face."Oh."

Luke.

"Aren't you gonna thank me?" He smirked.

"Oh, um, thanks."

I look around to make sure nobody is looking. Everybody looks normal to me. I look back at Jenna and she smirks at me. I scowl at her and laugh a little.

I take a step out of the school, the cool breeze hits my face as I continue to walk. I always pick up my little sister after school. She'll be waiting for me in front of her school when I get there.

Just as I predicted, Jacy is sitting on the bench beside her teacher. I smile as I walk towards them and I grab Jacy's hand. She smiles and skips as we walk back home. We're forced to take the long way because of the construction being done.

Jacy starts a conversation about the rainbow and glitter.

"The colors were wed, owange.." She makes her thinking face. I smile at her and she says," I forgot the rest."
