"EJ you don't care about me that much, just like everyone else, Jacob told me he loved me and whatnot, but look at this situation we're in now, I trusted Lindsey as a friend, and even though me and Jacob wasn't really on good terms I still loved him, it made me upset when I found out she had did that" she breaks down again.
"And you think I wasn't upset when I found out that my girlfriend was carrying Jacob's baby and that's where your wrong, your the reason why I'm still in this house, earlier I was going to ask you a question and I'm gonna ask it now"
"Marnie, do you want to be my girlfriend?"
