ALLI'S POV:

I wake up, still in Brad's comforting arms. I slowly slip out of his grip and pull his shirt over my head, changing into yesterday's clothes.

"I love you."

Brad's words flash through my mind as he kissed my forehead when he though i was asleep, and I smile at the memory.

I watch is angelic figure as his chest rises up and down slowly, as he snores lightly. I don't want to leave, but it is 6:00 and if I don't get out now, I know he will wake and I will be stuck with his parents to answer to. I decide to write a note and place it over his shirt I slept in last night before planting a kiss on his forehead and walking out the door. Thankfully, his parents aren't downstairs and I get out without running into them.

I open the door to my new home and walk in, tiptoeing up the stairs.

"Alison?" Rachel's voice calls begin me and I cringe before turning around and putting on a fake smile.

"Hey." I say awkwardly and she embraces me instantly.

"Don't ever run away like that again. We were worried sick about you." She says into my shoulder.

"I was only across the road." I say and she pulls away quickly.

"What?" She asks. Surely Amy would have told her?

"Yeah, I was at Brad's house. I texted Amy where I was... didn't she tell you?" I say suspiciously.

"No..." Rachel says, as we look at eachother in confusion.

"Alli!" Amy calls from behind Rachel and we both glare at her. "What's wrong?" She slows her stride and stands next to Rachel.

"Why didn't you tell Rachel about my texts?" I say, crossing my arms.

"I... I'm sorry." Amy says, hanging her head.

"Amy, is this why you were telling me I should punish her for running away?" Rachel says through her teeth. Amy doesn't reply, only nods slowly.

"I'm so sorry, Alli, I was mad-" Amy starts, walking towards me and reaching for my arm but I push her away and open my bedroom door.

"Alli, please. Just hear me out." She pleads and I stop in my tracks.

"Please." She repeats and I turn to her.

"I'll leave you two." Rachel mutters, walking to her bedroom.

"I was mad and upset that you left. You were right, I was jealous you had something I never have and you deserve to be happy. You're such a loving friend and I know we are like sisters but sisters fight. I want to be friends again, Alli. I want to be sisters again." Amy pleads.

"I don't know..." I say. I should forgive her but I just need some time to think about myself.

"Please, Alli! Please! I know I fucked up and I know you've given me too many chances in our lives but your my sister, Alison, and I want you to be happy and I love you. I want you to see Brad if that makes you happy." Amy finally admits.

"Okay." I sigh in defeat. "But this can't happen again."

"Thankyou." She says, hugging me.

"Thankyou." She whispers again into my shoulder.

"Okay girls, now that you've made up lets go shopping!" Rachel squeals, jumping out of no where.

"Um, Rachel?" I shuffle awkwardly.

"Yes, sweetie." Rachel smiles welcomingly and I pluck up the courage to ask about the party. Back home, I would always be nervous to ask my dad anything, so I just started not asking and just doing.

"Um... Brad invited me to a party tonight." I ask quietly, looking at my feet.

"Of course!" Rachel laughs, hugging my shoulders. "We've got to get you some things to wear, though."

"Okay. He invited Amy, too." I say and Rachel's face falls slightly as Amy's lights up.

"I don't know about Amy going. She's been badly behaved, and I think she should miss out on one. Sorry, Amy. I would do the same for Alison." Rachel says, frowning at Amy.

"Yeah, I deserve it." Amy sighs as we all make our way downstairs for a shopping trip.

"This should be exciting!" Rachel squeals as we climb into the car.

It's going to be a long day.
