Ben's POV:

I couldn't sleep. I had a bad feeling about tomorrow. My gut feelings was always correct. This was a gut feeling, it was telling me tomorrow will be bad, very bad. Possible things to go wrong played in depth in my mind. I admit it I was scared. No scratch that I was terrified. I tried to be positive but the more I tried the worse I felt. I tossed and turned in my bed but I couldn't get any sleep.

My alarm started beeping. I looked at it and growned. It was only 7. Might as well get some food. I was always up at this hour. The food was always being put out at for breakfast around now. I walk down the halls trying to not wake anyone up. I hated eating with people. For some reason I just could not eat around people.

I walked to the canteen, I grabbed a plate of waffles and some hash browns. I walked over to the corner table and faced the wall. I ate my food quietly and returned my plate to the kitchen. I went to the old painting studio and pulled out my sketch book from my hiding spot. I never showed anyone my drawings. I didn't want people to judge me anymore than they did.

I began sketching a forest. I was always in my own world while sketching. Time always flew by. I noticed the room had fallen dark. I pulled out my phone and checked the time. 8:00pm. I was ment to meet Jeff's mate at 7: 00. I placed my sketch book on the floor and left the hut. I walked down to the very bottom of the garden. He was not here. I sat at the base of the tree and waited for Jeff's friend. Where is he? Has he left? This guy should be here by now I mumbled to myself. I heard a twig snapped. I knew instantly that I was not alone. I stayed still and did not move. Standing up and looking around made me feel nervous.

"You...are...late" a voice called. It was the same raspy voice from yesterday on the phone. His voice made me feel worse. My eyes kept scanning the area. I heard a thud behind me. I turned slowly and looked behind me. That is when I saw him. He towered over me. He was a giant compared me.

Narrow black eyes watched my every move. He had a long pointy nose shaped almost like a spiral cone. This guy has black feathered shoulders. He wore striped arms and legs. His black shorts were held up by braces. I had noticed his sharp finger nails, he had bandages around his hands and belly. I was afraid of this tall clown man.

"You must be the one who called" the guy cast his long arms out. I shook his hand hesitantly. The man laughed.

"Jack's the name" he laughed menacingly "and you are". There was a awkward silence.

"Ben" I finally was able to whisper out my name. Jack laughed and sat on the floor.

"What the plan Ben" he asked in a raspy voice. I began to explain my plan to Jack. Jack nodded while listening. There was a long silence. What is there a silence. Jack's face began to grin. "What a evil and brilliant plan, lets do it".

I smiled. Jack had approved now its time to put my plan to action. I had already frozen the cameras to still images. All we have to do is break Jeff out. I waited for Ross's inspection. Once it was done I packed up all my belongings in 1 bag and Jeff's bag. I quickly scanned the room to see if I left anything behind. nothing. I climbed out the window and looked back in my room. Was I really about to leave. This room held memories of loneliness and depression.

I'm really going to escape, I have imagined this day for as long as I can remember. I climbed down the drain pipe and in to the garden. The time was roughly 10:30 at night. Let the plan begin. As I ran to the same tree when I met Jack before something felt different. I had a bad feeling about Jack. Something was not just right. I mimicked a owls sound to signal Jack the plan was in action. Nothing. I made the sound again. Again nothing. I am getting really tired of this. I want to free Jeff.

"Jack where are you" I whispered. I was ready to except the fact Jack had bailed on me. I began walking away from the tree dragging my feet. That is when I something grab my shoulder. I froze on fear. I turned round slowly to see Jack behind me. He yawned and rubbed his eyes. Sleeping on the job typical.

"I fell asleep, long day travelling and that sorry elf man lets bust out Jeff" Jack smiled and ruffled my hair. I clenched my fists.

"My name is BEN" I snapped making Jack jump. Jack glared at me then then smiled in a creepy cunning way. I walked ahead in silent. Jack followed behind me. This guy is seriously getting on my nerves.

We got to the canteen doors. Locked. There was always one that didnt lock as it was broken. If I remember correctly it was the 3rd on along from where we were stood. We pulled the 3rd door and just like that it opened. We was in we were walking along the bottom floor when I heard footsteps coming towards us. No that is Ross. I stood still as Ross opened the corridor door at the end. When Ross saw me he walked faster.

"What are you doing out of bed Ben it is past hours" Ross said yawning. How could I explain this how could I explain Jack. Where did he go. I realized I was a fue steps in front of the bathrooms.

"I needed the toilet and I couldn't hold it in not till the morning I was despeate" I lied convincingly. Ross nodded.

"Back to bed then, I don't want to see you out again" Ross demanded while continuing to walk of to his room. When Ross left I looked around for Jack. Where was he. I looked up and saw him on the ceiling like a spider. Luckly Ross wore a hat that stopped him seeing up on the ceiling even if Ross did look up the ceilings are really tall. Jack smiled.

"I will follow from up here less likely for me to get caught" Jack whispered cunningly. I nodded and began walking again. We reached the iscolation chamber. I opened the door quietly and signaled Jack to go in here. Jack jumped down and walked in the door. I shut the door quietly behind us. I pulled my phone and put on the torch and shone it at the wall. Jack began walking down the stairs I grabbed his arm and he turned and growled at me while launching his arm in the air.

"It's not that way Jack" I whispered.

"There is NO other way" Jack growled again. I shook my head. From anger Jack hit me he thought I was lying. My face was red and stinging. I rolled my eyes. Not like I have not had worse. I reached up and tryed to reach the candle holder.

"I...can't...reach" I mumbled while struggling. Jack placed his arm on the candle switch and leaned on it.

"Why are you trying to reach this" Jack said while his arm was slowly activating the hidden passageway. Thud. His arm stopped moving and the floor begain vibrating. The passageway opened and Jack looked supprised. I walked through and Jack followed. I pulled the lower candle holder and the passageway became hidden again.

"We have to go down there it is like a 20-30 minuet walk" I whispered while sighing. Jack picked me up. What it he doing. I am not a handbag dog and I don't like to be manhandled. Jack chucked me on his back and begain walking. I clung on to Jack's shoulders. I mush have been like 6ft in the air. I hated it, even if it did get us there faster.

Before I knew it we was at the door at the other end. Jack crouched and I slid of his back. I pushed open the door brown wooden door. Was he here. I looked around the room and saw Jeff sitting facing the corner behind metal bars. Jeff didn't flinch when the door opened.

"JEFF" I shrieked excitedly.
