P.O.V. Addy.
*6 months later*
I lift the bow as I get ready to schoot. I wait for it to get in place and release the second arrow into it's neck.
"Gotcha." I whisper as I walk trough the snow. I kneel down next to the deer and take both arrows out. I lift it and put it onto the horse as I start walking back "home". I knock on the front gate and Mark opens up.
"Got us some rabbits, some squirrels and a deer, should keep us fed for a few months." I say. He nods.
"Good job." He says. I smile. I take the horse to the lobby and set it with the other horses as I give them some food. I walk into the dining area and greet Amy, Marzia, Dan, Daniel and Ken. I put the deer in the kitchen with the bag filled with squirrels and rabbits and walk to my room. I open it to be greeted by Jack.
"Hey." He says. I smile.
"Hey." I say. I take my jacket and shoes off and go sit on bed next to him.
"You've been gone for days." He says.
"I know, with all the food gone and that new guy, Ethan, I need to get as much food as I can." I say. He nods.
"I know, I just missed you." He says. I smile.
"I missed you too." I say. He places a kiss on my forehead.
"I'm gonna shower, you wanna join?" I say smiling. He nods and gets up. We get in the shower and after a while we get out. I grab some clean clothes and put my necklace back on. It has my rings on it. I smile and hold it for a second. Jack hugs me from behind. He places kisses in my neck and I smile.
"Let go Casanova." I chuckle. I turn around and wrap my arms around his neck as I kiss him.
"I gotta go, I have watch." I say. He nods. I place another peck on his lips and leave the room. I get outside and get up on the watchtower. I great Ethan who's standing on the other one.
"ADDY, WE NOW YOU'RE HERE!" I suddenly hear.
"They found me." I say. I start climbing down.
"Come down." I say. He quickly climbs down and we walk in. I grab a horse.
"Close the gate after me and tell everyone to turn off the lights and stay put 'till I'm back." I say. He nods. I slip my bow and gun over my shoulder and open the gate, I climb onto the horse and take off.
"ADDY!" I hear. I storm past a truck.
"GET HER!" It sounds. I send my horse into the vacation resort close to our hotel. As they follow me a lot of gunshots sound. As we run past a cliff the horse gets hit and falls down taking me with her.
"Shit." I say. I quickly get up and run trough the little house. I run into the open where the beach and all the shops were where you could hire things like boats. I run up behind a boat and get my gun out.
"FIND HER!" Someone screams. They're coming from all directions. One comes close and I tackle him and break his neck. I walk a little closer to my escape route. Others are going back but three guys stay behind. I make sure the others are gone before I shoot them. I quickly grab their guns and make my way up of what is left of the wooden walkway. As I press my back against the mountain I slide my way to the other side of the resort. I jump down and run to the gate which, ofcourse, had to be locked. I search a way around it and decide to just climb over it. When I'm at the other side it's nice and quiet. I check some of the houses and then make my way out. As I walk trough the last house someone tackles me to the floor.
"Found ya." He smirks. I look up to see Dean.
"Dean?" I ask. He smiles evily.
"I-I thought you where dead." I say.
"Well, surprise." He says. He beats me in the face. I grunt. He grabs his machete.
"Run little girl." He says. I look through the cafe. I kick him and as he falls back I start running and hiding. Suddenly he sees me and lichts up a bottle alcohol and throws it at me setting everything on fire. I walk to the fireplace and grab one of those iron things. I point and throw it at him. I start coughing as it hits him right in the head. I grab my stuff and break the door down, leaving the resort quickly. I start running back home. I open the gate as I arrive and run in.
"I'm back!" I say. Jack and Mark round the corner.
"It's just Addy!" They say. The lights turn on and I drop my back.
"Did you lose 'em?" Jack asks. I nod.
"Where's the horse?" He asks.
"They shot it." I say. He hangs his head a bit but then smiles.
"I'm glad that you're fine." He says and pulls me in a hug. I smile and wrap my arms around him. That was close.
