"Wake up! C'mon baby cakes wakey wakey... WAKE UP!" Fionna bolted out of the pink sheets. She looked up to see a laughing Cake.
"What the hell sis. You know you don't have to yell." The blonde pouted while rubbing her eyes. Her sister just shrugged and walked out of the room.
"Hurry up in twenty minutes everyone is meeting in the dining hall." Cake hollered. Fionna let out a heavy sigh, and started to get ready. She checked the clock on the wall and found it was 3:00 pm. Pulling out a brush from her backpack she started to tame her unruly blonde hair. Since she tossed a lot in her sleep every morning she'd wake up to a literal nest atop her head. Quickly she tossed on a dark blue t-shirt, black skinny jeans, and a grey sweater. Fall was upon Aaa, so it was always nice to cuddle up in a sweater during this time. Once she was done she walked down to the dining hall. Everyone was seated around it, and Poppet had taken the chance to bore everyone with a lecture about safety.
"Ah Fionna sit, sit, we are just going over some things." Poppet gestured.
"So what's the plan for finding Gumball?" The mortal asked pulling out a seat.
Poppet pursed his lips together. "Well we thought of trying to get Penny to use her earth magic, and track her but LL blocked us somehow."
"She's always one step ahead isn't she." Penny grumbled.
"Hey guys what if we lure evil lady out with my luscious lumps? No one can resist these lumps!" LSP suggested.
The green haired immortal gave him a disgusted look. "Glob no, now please sit down."
LSP made a harrumph sound and sat back down. Marshall burst into laughter at his weird friend. "Maybe next time dude."
"How about we lure her out with flesshh." Butterscotch butler said creepily. Penny spat out the potato chips she was eating, making a queasy face.
Suddenly a figure blasted through the door. "WHERE IS MY GUMBALL?!" Screeched a familiar voice. Fionna turned her head to the sound, great just who they needed.... Ice Queen.
"Hey Simone what's up?" greeted Marshall.
"Where. is. Gummy?!" She shrieked.
"Calm your lumps frosty no need to be so globbing rude." LSP grumbled.
Ice Queen glowered at him.
"Okay so, try to be calm, but Gumbutt was captured." Marshall Lee told her slowly. Slowly oh so slowly as enraged look washed over her face.
"WHO IN THE WORLD WOULD STEAL MY GUMBALL!" She yelled almost breaking everyone's ear drums.
"Quite down Grandma." Poppet hissed. Said Grandma stalked up to him.
"Who are you calling Grandma?!"
"Alright everyone quiet lets all sit down, and talk this out." Cake said in a motherly tone. Ice Queen reluctantly did as told.
"So who took my prince? I'm the only one allowed to kidnap him."
Debatable, Fionna thought.
"Well one of his enemies named Licorice Lass-" Penny was cut off by Ice Queen.
"Licorice Lass? SO a girl that man stealing icicle!"
(A/N I don't see IQ as one to cuss so icicle it is)
"Yes so you see we all got together to save him." Fionna said. IQ slammed her hands against the table.
"Count me in! I wanna help save him!" She asserted.
"How do we know you aren't just going to steal him?" Cake questioned.
"I wont I promise! Please let me join, please, please, please." She begged.
"For the love of glob shut your pie hole or we won't take you." Fionna grumped rubbing her temples.
"Ya! Watch out ice blocker I'm coming to get you. Now what do we need to do?"
-Time Skip-
"Ice Queen you said you knew where you were going where the lump are we?" LSP yelled.
"Shut your mouth I know where I'm going my old mind just is a little rusty."
Currently the group was lost in the forests of Aaa, all thanks to Ice Queen. She had promised them that she could pick up Hart's signal since she was excellent at magic, but it wasn't going so well.
"You said you were super powerful bla bla." Penny huffed.
Ice Queen crossed her arms and stuck out her tongue at the elemental. "I didn't know that the perp was this strong, she can really cover up her tracks."
The group sighed, they were all getting tired. After almost four hours in the woods there was no sign or are where Hart's hideout could be. It was already 7:00 pm and sooner or later they would have to turn in before it go too dangerous.
"How about we just call it a day. We can come here early in the morning." Fionna suggested.
".. / .- --. .-. . ." (I agree) Mono tapped.
Butterscotch butler leaned against a tree. However it didn't feel like a tree to her.
"Hey guys come here, I don't think this tree is actually just a tree."
Everyone rushed over hoping this was the breakthrough they needed. Marshall Lee came up to the tree, and knocked on it. The "tree" gave off a hollow tin sound.
Penny clapped her hands together. "Marshall look there's a discolored circle on the tree. It looks like a button push it!"
"Sis no. What did I say about pushing buttons it's never a good idea." Her brother ordered.
"Lol I don't care!" Penny told him as she ran up and pushed the button.
"PENNY!" He yelled angrily. The whole ground started to shake as the tree sunk in the dirt. After it disappeared a trap door was left behind.
"See look I was right!"
"But we don't even know what's down there. maybe it isn't Hart." Poppet said.
"Nah dude I feel major wacky power that only belongs to her." Marshall assured.
Poppet frowned and muttered something under his breath.
"Alright now that we found the place who want's to go first?" Cake queried.
Ice Queen rushed forward. "I will."
She practically ripped the door opened, and jumped down the hole.
"For Gumball!"
One minute passed before they heard her tell them it was all clear.
Time to save Prince Gumball.
