Chapter 14 - Desmond part 5

I got two hamburgers, one for me and one for Blake. She was over by her other friend, Audrey. So I sat down at an empty table. Outside I could see a Chubbymon Battling Arena with a boy and his Peephole challenging a older boy with a Derpiturkey, which was really unfair because he kept on healing itself. The peephole lost quickly, not really a surprise but I just thought it was an unfair match. Blake then came over
" Oh thank you! How much was it, i'll pay you back." She said.
"No problem" I replied back. I really wanted to battle so I asked her and she said after lunch. Then my mind started wondering, do I like her? I mean we're just friends, we've always been. It's just-
" Okay I'm done! " she interrupted my train of thought. So we went onto the arena and we both called out our new Chubbymon.
" Why don't you go first " I exclaimed
" Okay, Bazki use water gun! "
" quick, Squink counter attack with Bubble gun! "
They both sprayed themselfs causing the same amount of damage.
" Now use tail whip! " Blake Commanded
Bazki quickly smacked Squink a couple of inches to the right.
" Headbutt! "
Our Chubbymon were both at 10 damage, we were basically the same trainer.
" Tail whip again bazki! " Blake said unexpectedly
Bazki's tail started coming towards Squink,
" Dogde Up Squink!" I said fast minded. Squink just barely missed Bazki's attack.
" Now use Bubble Gun! ", her bazki was defeated. I was very happy that we won but I kinda felt bad for Blake, it was her first battle yet she lost, to her best friend.
