Alright, texting for me is great...i don't feel as judged, but I do feel bad if I dont respond right away. So when my friend texts me all in capital letters and I don't notice until 30 minutes later, it makes me feel bad.
And now it's been an hour and he hasn't responded back....with my anxiety I start thinking the worst. So now I'm all worried and stuff...
