Danny's POV
Me and Nicole started to walk back to where the others were. When we could finally see them we saw Katie on top of Dougie. What the hell happened while we were away? I'll ask Doug later.
“Guys lets go, We're going to the beach”
I heard Tom say to us finally noticing that we were back.
“Okay let's go” I reply.
We started to walk back to where the car was and then we realized that there wasn't enough room in the car for all of us.
“You girls could sit on one of our laps?” Harry suggested.
“Yeah that could work” Tom replied.
“Do we have to?” Nicole moans a little.
“Oh I know you would like it wouldn't you Nicole.” I attempt to be flirty.
She giggled. She's so cute when she giggles
“Nicole could sit on Danny's lap and Katie could sit on Dougie's lap. That would work. What do you think girls?” Harry suggests again.
“Well if we have to.” Katie says.
Katie's POV
Why can't cars be bigger? This is just going to get awkward me on Dougie's lap. I mean I just fell on top of him and nearly bloody kissed him. Sigh. But I do kind of like him though.
Danny got into the car followed by Nicole and she sat on his lap. Then Tom and Harry. Then Dougie, then me. I got onto his lap and he put his arms around my waist to keep me safe. Well apparently.
“You comfortable Kate?” Dougie asks.
I just nod.
After about ten minutes of awkwardness we finally got to the beach. Harry and Tom were the first ones to get out because apparently I'm slow. Then it was Danny and Nicole, Holding hands...Wait what? No way! Oh my god! They're sooooo going out, I can't wait to ask her about it. Then I got out of the car followed by Dougie. We started to walk towards where the beach was and Dougie reached out his hand gesturing me to hold it. Oh he is so flirty but I just couldn't resist so I took his hand into mine and we carried on walking. Oh no. Not this again. When I touched him I felt a spark again! Wait, I don't like him do I? I'm so confused. Does he like me? How should I know I don't even know if I like him? Sigh. But he is cute, no Katie, why are you thinking this you can't you've only known him for a couple of hours come on! I can't take it anymore. I've just realized. I do like him.
We finally got onto the beach and Danny and Nicole just ran into the sea, with their clothes on, no care in the world...Sometimes I worry about that girl. Dougie let go of my hand to go and get a towl for us to sit on. Tom and Harry had already got a towel out and were sitting on it but according to Dougie there wasn't any room so he went to get another one. When he came back we both sat down and I felt really hungry.
“I'm huuuuuuungry!” I said in a moany tone.
Dougie giggled. “Do you want some ice cream?”
“YES!” Harry automatically shouts.
“I wasn't asking you, you douche.”
“Yes please.” I say politely.
He stood up to go and find a place where the ice cream was.
“You know, Dougie really likes you.” Tom tells me.
“How do you know?”
“He's my bandmate I know everything about him. I know what he does when he likes someone. He bites his lip around them like all of the time!” Tom explains.
That's true around me he does bite his lip lots! Wait hold on. He likes me? I like him. No katie stop thinking this. You know it won't work! Harry frowned “He's not getting me any ice cream.”
“Oh Harry just shut up!” Tom moans,.
“Sorry mum!” giggled.
Dougie walked back with two cones of ice cream. I'm guessing that the other one was either for himself or Harry. “Yes Harry I got one for you too!”Harry smiled and took the ice cream off of Dougie and just sat there and ate it. Dougie gave me the ice cream and smiled.
“Thank you”
I smiled back at him and started to eat the ice cream.
“Look, Danny and Nicole are coming back, shall we play truth or dare?” Tom asks.
“Yes!” Danny screams.
Danny and Nicole sat on the spare towel that Dougie got and held hands.
“'ll go first okay Harry, truth or dare?” Tom asks,
“Truth!”
“Ok, um. Who was the last person you kissed?
“Mum. Not a hard question really”
Tom frowned he obviously expected it to be something embarrassing.
“My go!! Okay I pick...Katie.” Harry says.
Shit. Oh no what the hell is he going to do to me?
“Truth or dare Katie?
Katie-Dare.
I said not thinking about it.
“Okay I dare you to...Kiss Dougie!”
He did not just say that!
Dougie looked at me and smiled. Cheeky. But you can't get away from a dare.
“Fine...”
I leaned in and he mirrored my action. Our lips touched and fireworks went off all over my body. I felt him smile and try to reach closer but I pulled away.
He smiled at me and we both just pretended that nothing happened but we both know that something did happen. That kiss was more than a dare. I actually enjoyed it and I felt him smiling.
“Now it's my turn.” giggled.
“Nicole, Truth or dare?”
Nicole's POV
Oh no, what the hell is she going to do to me?
“Truth.”
“How do you feel about Danny?”
She smiled. She did not just ask that question. Danny turned and Smiled at me. Katie is such a bitch for asking me that.
