Danny-Well what happened was....Oh it doesn't matter. If I feel like it I'll tell you later. You could just ask her.
Tom-Seriously Danny what the hell have you done? One minute you're acting like nothing could ever break you up and then she doesn't even want to talk to you.
Danny-Ask her! I don't want to fucking tell you.
Tom-Fine!
I went upstairs to see Nicole I could hear her sobbing in her room. I knocked on the door and heard a faint 'come in' I went over to her to comfort her and gave her a hug.
Tom-What happened?
Nicole-I hate that guy so much.
Tom-Don't worry I've told him off.
She let out a small laugh and looked up at me.
Tom-Please tell me what happened.
Nicole-Well as you know we went out for a little while and everything was going good until...
She froze and bursed into tears. I draped my arm around her and pulled her into my chest.
Tom-Hey, hey it's okay. You don't have to tell me now.
She pulled back and whiped her tears from her eyes.
Nicole-No, I'll tell you. Until we went to pizza hut for lunch we got our food and started talking. Then we started talking about feelings and I told him one of my biggest secrets about my ex-boyfriend and he told me that he still had feelings for his ex and I asked him who he would choose if he could and he chose her.
She started crying again and I comforted her even more.
Tom-Don't worry about him. Come on, let's go downstairs. If he talks to you I'll tell him to go away. Okay?
She sniffed and looked up at me.
Nicole-Okay.
We went back downstairs and Danny was sitting on the sofa with his head in his hands. He looked up and saw Nicole.
Danny-Look Nicole, I'm so sorry. I really didn't mean what I said. I just miss her a bit.
Nicole-Just leave me alone Danny. I don't want to talk to you at the moment.
He sighed and Nicole sat down next to Leah. I called Danny to come and talk to me in the kitchen. He stood up and we went over to the kitchen.
Tom-Look Danny. Why the hell would you say that to her? I know you miss your ex but why tell her that? She's so upset about it. You idiot!
Danny-Well I couldn't lie to her. And I really do miss her.
Tom-Well you really shouldn't have said that. I think you've ruined your relationship with her. She won't want to spend time with us for a week after that. I really don't know what you were thinking.
Danny-I said sorry. She probably won't forgive me but I really want her to.
Tom-Well, she is so angry with you.
Danny-I really do feel sorry.
Tom-Well that doesn't matter now does it? She won't forgive you. You've made a huge mistake and you can't take it back now. Come on let's just go back in, you can apologise but it won't matter. Nothing will after you've said that.
We went back in to find that Nicole was crying her eyes out and Leah was comforting her.
Danny-Nicole, I am so, so sorry I really didn't mean it. I love you. Not her, you.
Nicole-No Danny, just leave me alone. Please.
Tom-Danny just leave her, you're making it worse.
Nicole-DANNY JUST GO AWAY! YOU'VE MADE A MISTAKE NOW LEAVE ME ALONE!
