Katie's POV
I ran back home tears streaming down my face. After half an hour of non-stop running I had to stop. I stopped to take and I started to feel quite dizzy. After a while of trying to get my breath back I fell to the floor and all I could see was blackness.
Dougie's POV
Why is Katie sorry? She's the one that broke up with me in the first place she must have done it for a reason! I mean you don't ever say you're sorry and mean it after a break up do you? Anyway, what did I do to her to make her break up with me? Was I too close? I mean...what did I do? Agh!
I couldn't just sit there and feel depressed, I had to do something useful with my life. I can't go through what I went through with Frankie again. I stood up and ran upstairs into my room, I grabbed a piece of paper and a pen and just started to write.
I don't know why you're leaving me,
but I know you must have your reasons.
There's tears in your eyes,
I watch as you cry,
but it's getting late.
Was I invading in, on your secrets?
Was I too close for comfort,
You're pushing me out, when I wanted in!
What was I just about, to discover?
When I got too close for comfort.
Driving you home,
guess I'll never know.
Remember when we scratched our names into the sand,
You told me you loved me,
And now that I find,
That you've changed your mind,
I'm lost for words
Was I invading in, on your secrets?
Was I too close for comfort?
You're pushing me out,
When I wanted in!
What was I just about to discover?
When I got too close for comfort
Guess I'll never know.
If you turn your back on me now,
When I need you most,
But you chose to let me down, down, down.
Was I invaded in, on your secrets?
Was I too close for comfort?
You're pushing me out,
When I wanted in,
What was I just about to discover?
I got too close for comfort,
You're pushing me out.
When I wanted in,
What was I just about to, discover.
