It was a week before school started again. The Girl was not scared to go back without a friend, but she wasn't happy about it either. Her and her mother were at the cafe that Charlotte visited the day before she died. The memories didn't invoke emotions for The Girl but her mother provided comforting words anyway.
They sat down at the table, Holly browsed the menu. Looking for something to eat for lunch. The same waitress came over, her smiley mouth and pink lipstick embodying her cheerful personality.
"What would you like?" The Girl didn't answer and her mother was not taken aback by shock to say the least.
"I'll have, a ummm. Yeah, I'll have the soup of the day."
"And you, what would you like." Her question was aimed at The Girl, yet she didn't answer.
"The same as me please." Her mother sensed her being uncomfortable yet she didn't show any signs herself.
"Can I take a name please?"
"Yes, Holly."
"Just Holly?" The waitress was almost eye level with her and questioned her nicely.
"Yes please, just Hol-" She started to reply but was interrupted, by her daughter.
"No, Leigh." The Girl lifted the hat that always hid her hair, it started flowing out like a golden waterfall, cascading down her shoulders. "Leigh Koster"

Leigh Koster went on to be the leading surgeon in her medical team. Saving lives that she wished she could have saved once before. She also wrote a best-seller called High-way to no-way, which sold over two million copies. She married Michael at 25, then her went off to serve in the royal navy. When her came back they had a baby daughter. And they called her Charlotte.
