Rose Bud Thorn + Dovahkiin

Sorry for all of you Skyrim fans, no, there is no dovahkiin drawing. Rather a story, but first, we'll start with the drawing.

Okay, so this drawing is the first of what I like to call my Rose Bud Thorn Sketches. Allow me to explain, actually, you'll get a story here too, okay, so, while I was at camp this past summer (summer of 2016), every night we played, more or less, a game called Rose Bud Thorn. Basically each of us in the cabin stated a rose, our favorite thing about the day; a bud, something we look forward to for the next day; and a thorn, our least favorite part of the day. Now, I realize I don't post often at all here on Wattpad, so I came up with these sketches based on the idea of this activity from camp. So I've decided that every day I will be doing these quick sketches, one a day, that will either be a rose, a bud, or a thorn from that day.

So today's (11-22-16) sketch is a rose, NO HOMEWORK!!!

Onto my dovahkiin story. So, anyone here play Skyrim, or anyone ever heard of it? Maybe? Anyway, if you don't know anything about Skyrim, there is a song that plays at the start menu of the game, and for your convenience...

here it is! Audio, lyrics, translation, everything you need! Even if you do know the game I recommend you listen to the song again, just to get a real good idea of it in your mind.

Now then, after listening to that song, I think we can all agree, it's pretty bad a**, so now begins our story. Basically, my brother's friend is over, and let's just say, both my brother and his friend are complete music nerds, so they took this song and first they made it lower and slower, and honestly, I swear, fricken demons were singing.

And they use like, a legitimate music program, not some crappy ds audio editor. So after we were laughing at that a little, my brother's friend decided to go the opposite way, fast and high pitched, "for contrast" he said. So now, imagine that song presto and chipmunks singing. If you do this correctly, you should probably be holding your gut, dying laughing with tears streaming down your face.

PFFT, LOL!😂👌🏼

Anyway, one last thing, for these Rose Bud Thorn Sketches, would you guys prefer me to post all of them every day in a separate book so as to not swamp my artbook with them? Because honestly, it's all you'll feel like you ever see from me anymore if it's in this book, a different artwork would be like a miracle at that point, but I still want your guys' opinions. Thanks!
