We were meant for each other

Chapter 12

The Monday Couple is busy all week long with their individual schedules that they can rarely see eachother. Messaging and calling are the only ways they can make connection. Finally Monday comes, the day they both been looking for, the day where they can act freely as an on-screen couple with no worry.

*K Building

Jihyo is getting her makeup done before she heads off for the day. *beep beep* (her phone ringtone is Leessang's Girl Who Can't Break Up, Boy Who Can't Leave), seeing the familiar number from her namja-chungu, a bright smile already spreads across her face.

Jihyo: Yeoboseyo!

Gary: MongJi...MongJi...MongJi....wat tya doing?

Jihyo: Hehe! I'm getting my make up done. Wae?

Gary: Ah jinja-do! Nothing really! I just wanna hear your voice. And I'm on my way to the venue.

Jihyo: Ok! I'll see you there.

Gary: Alataku~ (aegyo), oppa will see you later! Annyeong~

Jihyo: Ne~

Mi-ah (if you guys still remember, she is Jihyo's stylist): Something good is going on here? Unnie looks like you are in your high mood today!

Jihyo: Aniyo! But do I look that obvious?

Mi-ah: Yes! (knock knock her head)

Nothing is really special in the Runningman filming, it slowly becomes a part of their work schedules everyweek. But what happened last week is really being concerned by the members, they still haven't know Gary and Jihyo are dating. Because everyone was so busy that they got no news from the Monday Couple.

*The filming venue, in the waiting room

JongKook: I wonder if they already make up after the fight?

JaeSuk: Me too, I got no message from Jihyo. What if they still in a cold war? 

JaeSuk and JongKook look in each other eyes with worries.

Haha: Hyungs talked to Jihyo?

JaeSuk: We called her out the day after the last filming and tried to had a talk with her. 

JongKook: She confessed she likes Gary in front of me and JeaSuk hyung! ^^ (JongKook is cutting JaeSuk off)

Haha, KwangSoo, SukJin: Wooww....Jinja-do? DAEBAK-niah! 0.0

JaeSuk: We were so.......surprised when we heard that. And she said she would took care things herself so we let her off. 

KwangSoo: So she confessed to Gary hyung that night?

JaeSuk: Yah...KwangSoo ah!!!! I just said Jihyo wanted to handle things herself. She didn't message me, how do I know? (Annoyed)

KwangSoo: Ay~~~ Hyung, do you have to yell at me like that??

Haha: If you wanna know that bad, ask them when they get here! Then they will make sure you don't appear this week. (playing along with the others, bullying KwangSoo)

While everyone is laughing at the Giraffe and Penguin's childish fight, someone opens the door. It's Gary!

Gary: Hyung-nim anneyonghaseyo! 

Haha: YAH! Trouble maker, you are late again!

KwangSoo: Where have you been? 

KwangSoo is kicking Gary's butt, and Haha is hitting Gary's back.

Gary: AH~ I'm not going anywhere, I'm not going! STRESS........Stop it!!! (Gary exploded)

The three big hyungs are laughing hard at the funny dongsaengs. JaeSuk stands up and walks toward the three newbie entertainers to stop them for going too far, he grasps Gary to the middle of the couch, makes Gary sit down. The atmosphere in the waiting room right now is heating up like a court trial. 

JaeSuk: So how is everything going with you and Jihyo? (Suddenly serious tone)

Gary: Why are you asking things like that hyung-nim? (getting nervous, he afraid he may discloses his relationship with Jihyo because he is really bad with acting)

SukJin: Just tell us the true, anything happened between you two?

All the pair of eyes is focusing on Gary for an answer. Gary is feeling burdened right now, he doesn't want to make them worry but he surely need to protect Jihyo as priority. 

Gary: We did talked! (he exclaimed) 

The Runningmen: Oh.....!

Gary: But we didn't go that far!

Shocking runningmen,

JongKook: So she didn't asked anything about the event? 0.0

Gary shakes his head.

Haha: You didn't confess? 0.0 

Gary only shakes his head.

KwangSoo: You guys just make up like that? 0.0

Gary knocks his head.

SukJin ask no question but pinch Gary's head instead.

Gary: Ugh~~~~STRESS.....!!!!

JaeSuk: So how you two make up? (askes curiously)

Gary: Well, she treated me for a meal. She apologized for her misbehavior and we said goodbye after that. Jinja hyung, we didn't mention a word about other things. (acting he disappointed)

Gary's acting skills is not as bad as Gill, the members are totally fell for it. They feel sympathetic for Gary that he didn't get the answer he wanted to hear. One by one, they give Gary some bromace hugs to cheer Gary up but they don't know that Gary is acting it out. At the time, Jihyo arrived. Quickly Gary gives Jihyo a caution look, seem like Jihyo quite get what Gary's trying to tell her. (People said a couple can understand each other by telepathy)

Jihyo: Anneyonghaseyo oppa~, you all here!

KwangSoo: Anneyonghaseyo noona!

Jihyo: YAH! DON'T GREET ME! 

JongKook: Do it when Jihyo feel ok! 

KwangSoo: Wow...Jinja...Now you treat me the same way even the camera is on or off. >:P

KwangSoo is being bullied again, brings laugh to the audience, drives away the gloomy atmosphere. A PD-nim comes in from the lobby, letting them know the opening will start in 10 minutes. It's good enough to know that they are not fighting anymore cuz they can't bring their personal problem to work. Gary and Jihyo is walking last while everyone is making their way out. From now on, Gary and Jihyo must be careful in their behavior. Gary quickly pass by Jihyo and whispers few words to her ear.

I tell them nothing but be careful, they are having their eyes on us!

The filming process took place well. Haha is the winner for today race, he makes a joke that he would share the gold with Byul. After PD DongWan clapped as signal to end the filming, everyone politely bow goodbye to eachother and make their way off. In the rear, Gary hurries take out his phone and send a message to his yeoja-chingu.

*To: MongJi.

I'll wait for you in my car in L parking lot! <3

Just a second later, Jihyo draws out her phone and read the message. She promptly gets change to her formal clothes with a black cap and heads straight to the parking lot.  She smiles broadly when she see his car, she opens the door with excitement. 

Jihyo: Oppa~~~~~~~~~ Sorry I'm late!

Gary: Gwaenchana! You wanna eat something before I fetch you home?

Jihyo: How about some teobokki?

Gary: Uhm~~my stomach is growling right now! 

Jihyo: Let's go!!

Gary reaches out his right hand and linked them with Jihyo's right hand, places it on his lap and drives off from there. Unknowingly, a strange man following behind Jihyo and spotted Monday Couple was in the car together!!!!
