Chapter 26

*Another RM filming day this week. 

JaeSuk: Gary ah~ we saw it!

Gary: What did you see hyung?

KwangSoo: Ay~ hyung, stop pretending!

Gary: What? 

Haha points to Gary's left hand and smiles.

JongKook: Perhaps you guys engaged already? (teasing)

SukJin: Wow! You should invited us over. (dissatisfied)

Gary: Aniyo hyungnim. We are not engage yet. This is just a couple rings.

JaeSuk: Jinja? 

Gary: Oh!

JaeSuk: But is it ok for you two walking around with your couple rings like that? What if someone spotted the rings and begin to spread the rumor?

Gary: I...I didn't think about that.

SukJin: Yah! He really is Kang Gary. Sometimes he has no idea what he is doing!

Gary: But I think it's ok! We have been wearing the rings for awhile but no one seem to see it. And hyungnims, I would like to tell you all something.

JongKook seem to senses something bad is coming.

JongKook: Him again?

Gary nodds.

JongKook: What is it this time? Another package? 

Gary: He called me. 

Haha: Wow! how brave? 

Gary: He said he warns me for the last time and not guarantees if something happen.

KwangSoo: Wow! This is really no joke.

JaeSuk: Gary ah, you still decided to handle things on your own. Not want to report to the police? 

Gary: Hyung! Kang Gary won't change anything he decided! (determined)

JaeSuk: So is there anything we can help you for now?

Gary: Not yet, cuz things seem to be fine till now. 

Gary noticed worry looks on the members' faces. Abruptly, he stands up and say

Gary: Hyungnims, thank you so much for your supporting. I know me and Jihyo have brought you all many troubles lately. I apologize (bows 90 degree down to his hyungs and dongsaengs).

Haha and KwangSoo: Hyung, what are you doing? This is not your faults. (stand up)

Gary: And one last thing, please help me to take care of Jihyo if anything happened.

JongKook: Yah! Don't say that. Nothing will happen. Ala-ji!

SukJin: That's right! Also we are looking forward to your wedding day. Who will be the groom if you not there?

Suddenly Jihyo walks up from the back and breaks the gloomy atmostphere.

Jihyo: Oh! What are you all doing here? The filming is starting.... (looking blank)

JaeSuk: Already.. OK! Kaja everyone!!!

Jihyo: Oppa, what happened? (whispering to ask Gary)

Gary: Nothing, just some bro-talk!! (lets out a fake smile)

Once the camera is rolling, everyone seem to be back to their on-screen characters but they all feel depressed inside of their hearts. Until the recording ends, the members still don't want to leave.

Haha: Hyung, do you wanna go for a drink?

Gary: But I need to fetch Jihyo home!

Jihyo: Gwaenchana! My manager is picking me up cuz I still have another filming schedules. Go have fun oppa! (to Gary)

Gary: Another filming schedules? You didn't mention that?

Jihyo: My manager just told me! Then I will make my leaving, anneyong oppas! 

Gary: Josimhaeyo! (worry look)

JaeSuk: Take care Jihyo ah! (waves goodbye to his hoobae)

Jihyo: Ne~ (bows back to the members)

JongKook: Yah! Kaja!

The male members make their way to the nearest shop. 

The other side, Jihyo is walking tiredly to her car where her manager is waiting. Jihyo opens the door, takes heavy steps into the car. 

Jihyo: Ah~ Unnie, do you have a new bottle of water, I'm so thristy!

The driver in the front picks up a bottle then hands it backward to Jihyo. Jihyo quickly gulps down haft a bottle, a minute later, Jihyo starts yawning.....

Jihyo: Unnie, wake me up when we get there. (lean her head back to the seat, she falls asleep right after)

*At the nearby restaurant where the other members are.

While everyone is having fun, Gary gets a call from Jihyo's manager.

Gary: Yeoboseyo

Jh's manager: Yeoboseyo Gary-ssi, this is Jihyo's manager. 

Gary: Ah! Anneyonghaseyo noonna.

Jh's manager: Ne~ I would like to ask if the filming had ended? And if Jihyo is with you right now?

Gary: Ne~ Two hours ago and no. Jihyo said noona would pick her up for another schedule!

Jh's manager: Ani!  I didn't see anyone when I came.

Gary: Wo? I clearly saw Jihyo walked toward her car though. (puzzled)

Jh's manager: Aniyah! (puzzled) Gary-ssi please help me to look for her. And I need to call the PD-nims to cancel tonight filming. 

Gary: Ne~ noona. Take care. (hanged up right after)

Haha: What happened hyung?

Gary: We saw Jihyo broaded her car and left two hours ago right?

Haha: Oh! 

Gary: But Jihyo's manager just called and said she didn't picked Jihyo up.

Haha: Wo???

Gary quickly presses the number on his phone and try to contact Jihyo. One after another call, Jihyo doesn't pick up on the other side. Gary is getting more and more panicky. 

Gary's POV: Jihyo ah, pick up the phone! Why are you? If there is anything happened to you? Answer the phone.

The members gather up after they see the fear look on Gary's face.

JaeSuK: Gary ah! Calm down, maybe she is sleeping and doesn't hear your call.

Gary: No way hyung! I keep ringing the phone. No matter how deep she sleeping, she would hear the ringtone. (still trying to call Jihyo)

Suddenly the phone connected this time, but not Jihyo on the other side.

Gary: Jihyo, Jihyo ah! Why didn't you pick up the phone? Where are you right now? Who picked you up two hours ago? 

The man: Kang Gary-ssi!!! (with a voice change machine)
