Mal's POV:
"It's tea time, miss."
"I'll be right there," I promised.
I looked down at Ben's ring from coronation.
There has to be a sign! Something that could make sense! What did Chessie mean when she talked to me about the rebellion? Who's part of the rebellion in Auradon? Who's turning back?
"Mal?"
I turn and see Ben in a royal blue jacket with gold pieces all over it.
"Yeah?"
"Are you ready?"
"Huh?"
"We're having tea with the contestants, remember?"
"Yeah, I was just... thinking..."
"What about?"
"The Isle. It's took quiet with almost no mischief. It's strange and I have an eerie feeling that-"
"I know that the Isle is your home place, but maybe you're just homesick."
"Ben, I-"
"Sir."
"What?" Ben asks turning towards the guy at the door.
"Your parents requested you come at once to tea."
"Mal, let's talk about this later. Right now, let's go meet the contestants."
"Okay."
He kisses my hands and entwines them as we walk down the hall.
We pass Evie who curtly bows her head before continuing along her way.
We enter the grand hall and the chandelier was lit and the floors freshly polished.
"Mrs. Potts! Mr. Coggsworth! It's so wonderful to see you both again!"
"Hello, Belle." Mrs. Potts bows.
Oh yeah! I remember back in History class's when we were told that Belle and Beasts' servants were all household items and that Mrs. Potts and Mr. Coggsworth were a few of the household items that Beast set free. Wow... This is like history repeating itself- wait! That's it! Someone wants us to make history repeat itself.
"Mal?"
I face Ben who has a worried look on his face.
"Are you okay?"
"I-I'm fine."
"If you're nervous-"
"I'm not nervous!"
