May we meet again - The 100

All around me seemed to be just oblivion. It might seem cliché but it was the honest truth. It was just a place where you would float around with nothing to do. It was just a place to think.

Think about all the things that could make or break you. Make you survive or even just die but it's nothing we could change about it after all . It was just that. A place.
A reminder that you are still alive but slowly fading away.

It seems like forever as to where I have been for the past few hours,days maybe even weeks because I couldn't possibly tell how long I have been here.

All around me was just a setting that was calm yet alarming as it was unknown , but it still had that peace feeling to it. Peace I have been longing for quite some time.
Peace I wish I had around in the household rather than getting the cold shoulder.

Regardless of me being stuck in an unknown area, I could still feel my body being moved,pricked or pocked for something. For what it may be I don't know yet what it could mean ,but I just need to wake up and that is my goal. I don't know why I struggle but here I am still trying harder everytime.

For now I decided I'm going to try again to see if I can wake up from this alternate reality that was better rather than the harsh world. One last tome to determine this dream to end.

In a couple of seconds or minutes to say , I finally got to open my eyes . Only to realise I was in a hospital , sharing a room with a boy I didn't even recognise . With the all the confusion clouding my thoughts , I slowly grabbed the remote on the bed and called for a nurse ASAP.

Within a couple of seconds a nurse with a bob came in along with a Doctor who tailed behind the nurse in a rush. It's like they both went into a trance like of doing a certain check up procedure for me. Checking my vitals, making me follow the light from the small torch and even to squeeze their hands to see if I have any movement.

"Hello Ms. Wright, I'm your doctor and this is Nurse Crawford. I will be your doctor from now on. You will know me as Dr.Chase . Do you remember anything before waking up? " Dr. Chase had said.

"Um , hello . All I remember is being in one of my classes and about to write down an answer on the board. Is there something wrong ?" I asked confused.

"Unfortunately ma'am, while you were doing that you had supposedly collapsed to the ground . You were brought here by your Teacher ,but the only devasting news is that the cause of that fall was because you have a brain tumour , that has been affecting you for quite some time." He said concerned.

"Oh. I mean I didn't expect that but I was suspecting something as I was getting certain symptoms that would lead to a fall but they did not affect me as much. I'm intrigued by this discovery because I want to become a doctor so it's a fantastic experience I suppose. Are my parents here?" I said suprisingly calm.

"That's a fantastic career you want to persue but your parents were here about three days earlier in the week as you have been here for a week and a half but I am mot exactly sure if they will visit today ,but I will be sure to notify them. Enjoy your evening."

And with that they both walked out. I didn't expect for then to be here but I at least expected for them to visit everyday to check on their daughter you know . Yet I'm proven wrong once again.

Ignoring the disappointment I had , I faced the mystery boy on my left who had his earphones on watching something on his laptop.
All I could do was slowly notice the features on his well structured face. Perfect hair form the side even though it was in a mess, a some what sharp jawline which complemented his cheekbones. I couldn't see more but I must have been a creep staring so I turned away snd just simply stared at the TV above me.

"You know, if you wanted to know who I am , you could've just asked." And unknown voice had said to my left.

Glancing to the side I had noticed mystery boy had his full attention towards me now. To prove that point he even had shut his laptop and put it to the side.

"About that I'm sorry ,I am very sorry. I just woke up now and yes I was just very curious to who you were is all. I am sorry if I creeper you out by staring." I apologized quickly.

"Hey, it's alright and if your wondering my name is Vernon. And it's nice to meet my new roommate." Vernon had said.

"Hi,it's mice to meet you too. I ahve many names so you could call me Hope I suppose." I replied shyly.

And with that I simply just turned my back to him and closed my eyes to ignore him mostly but to also try and get some well deserve sleep is needed.

So its me again nd it's hope you enjoyed this chapter . I hope the story is starting to make more sense or has a sense of understanding as more characters are added. And I'm slowly starting to enjoy writing this book more. If there are errors please excuse then for now as I will edit very soon.
